Beautiful 4-Bedroom Family Home with Hot Tub in Heart of Austin

Welcome to your perfect getaway in Austin! This spacious and family-friendly home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms to comfortably fit up to 8 adults, 3 children, and 2 infants. It has a wealth of amenities to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Our property is ideally situated 15 min from the Airport in the vibrant and eclectic East Austin neighborhood, offering a blend of urban excitement and residential tranquility.

The Space:
• 4 Bedrooms: Comfortable and beautifully decorated, each room is designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. This home comfortably sleeps 8 adults, 3 kids, and 2 infants. We have (1) King bed & (2) Queen beds upstairs with (2) twin beds on the main level.) One of the twin beds is a pullout under the other twin. If needed we have 3 additional floor mattresses (these work great for kids because they a slightly smaller than a twin bed and are mattress mats, not air mattresses). Finally, we have (2) pack-n-plays for the little ones.
• 3 Bathrooms: Modern and fully equipped with all the essentials. (2 full bathrooms upstairs, and 1 full bathroom on the main level).
• Hot Tub: Relax and unwind in our private hot tub after a day of exploring Austin.
• Outdoor Living Spaces: Enjoy the Texas sunshine in our numerous private outdoor areas, perfect for family gatherings or a quiet morning coffee. Sit around either of the 2 fire pits, enjoy a BBQ at the picnic table, or have a friendly game of horseshoes or cornhole – there’s something for everyone.
• Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and more to ensure a home-like experience.
• Children’s Playroom: Let the kiddos explore the playroom so they can enjoy the stay just as much as the adults.

The place was very cute, spacious, just like the photos, and was very conveniently located to everything! Many places at a walkable distance, and downtown a short uber ride away. The host was very communicative and attentive. Would stay again!

Perfect corner oasis for family and group gatherings in a niche neighborhood close to Austin hallmarks like Franklin's BBQ. The hot tub is super clean and well taken care. Great for a family or friends gathering.

If your main objective was to go to Franklins BBQ can not find a better house! Plenty of space. Great backyard! Tons of space! Responsive host and great owners!

What a cute place!! The attention to detail on the decor was on point. Newly updated and well taken care of property. Only wish we had time to stay long to enjoy more of the home. Conveniently located right outside downtown. The owners were great with communication and plan to book this place every time we travel to Austin!

Really good house for a family to stay . We did not use the jacuzzi . The pillows and mattresses very comfortable , the rooms great size , bathrooms were nice and clean . My only sugestión is to have more cookware . Besides that , it was great place to stay in Austin
