Peace and Serenity

That is what you will find at Kevin's Vrbo. Family stayed a little over a week. The property is spacious inside and the backyard is just right to watch the night sky

We did not stay at this property - when we arrived we were told by the host that something went wrong with the software & it wasn’t ready for us BUT within minutes Kevin was able to find another property for us that was close by & very nice. We truly appreciate his efforts!

Thanksgiving stay

The location and neighborhood were nice and quiet as advertised. Floors were dirty, low water pressure in the master shower. Overall is a good, safe location though.

Very quiet, we slept like babies. House is spacious, some furniture, some empty. A number of bulbs were not working or unscrewed. Nice back "yard" area. Beats the heck out of staying in a busy hotel for much more money. The only real downside was hair: on the floor by the dining room table, on the smaller bathroom's wall (and a lot of dust on the inside of the door), and disgustingly in one of the beds both under the cover plus under a sheet underneath that. We would stay again in a minute at this quiet convenient location except for wondering how well the place was getting cleaned.

Fun

We had a great time. We were there for a celebration of life with family. So we weren’t there a lot, but it was nice sitting around the big kitchen table. The couch isn’t very comfortable… but who wants to sit a lot in Vegas. The grocery store is super close! Overall…a great time!

We got there after the sun went down and the outside of the house was very dark. All of the lightbulbs were out. We couldn't see the lock pad without a flashlight to get in.

Very Roomy

Everything was exactly as you see in the pictures. Location was great and safe! Very quiet! Washer and dryer worked great! House is very roomy.. just a place to rest, sleep and shower nothing fancy about it! Owner responded immediately to a small leak in the kitchen sink. communication was great! access in to the home was so easy no delays at all! Overall a great place to stay!

Clean and Simple

I stayed with my family. It was very spacious! We were there for my son's wedding. We had decided to make a cake and decorate their car. The kitchen was perfect for this however it lacked a mixer for the cake. The spices were minimal - as stated in the description. With such a great kitchen, upgrading with a few more kitchen tools would be nice. Great house, neighbors and neighborhood!

Vegas Concert Trip

What attracted us to this property was it’s location in relation to Allegiant Stadium and was pet friendly.House was in a nice neighborhood. Inside was clean. Could use another couch in the living room. Needs some electrical work. Lights were not working right. Back yard could use some attention as well. Beds were comfortable.

Kitchen had a few basic things but, no forks....We only had one towel for each person for three days. Entry needs serious update as the code and lock doesn't work smooth, difficult to open door
