Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Property is tired and could use an update. Floors hadn’t been cleaned. Bed was comfortable and guest shower was super great. Instructions from leasing company contained several errors. Door locking mechanism was extremely difficult to operate because door didn’t close tightly. Won’t be returning.

Decor very nice. Location okay. Condominium complex well kept. Communication frustrating as we did not know there would be construction with daily noise and working men going up and down the building in front of and on sides of our condo. Management firm not very responsive in that they offered stable pricing if we rented again the following year; with no compensation for the inconvenience this year. For the owner, as a rental owner myself, I would be unhappy considering fees charged to the owner verses service rendered to the client. We will not be back and do not recommend for another.
