AmAZing AZ Photography Blesses This Beautiful NE Mesa Home With Non-Heated Pool

Our home is situated in a friendly, quiet neighborhood in NE Mesa within a mile of the 202 Red Mountain Freeway, giving you quick access to the Phoenix metro area. Shopping, restaurants & golf courses are all located within one mile.

The beauty of Arizona will surround you in every room of our home through the amazing photography of AZ artist Joanne West. (Visit jwestphotography.com for a preview.) You can enjoy our state's gorgeous scenery & unique wildlife without ever leaving this comfortable home, though we do not recommend that!

Our home has a split floor plan (no stairs). The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bath with dual sinks, jetted tub/shower, walk-in closet & private tv/dvd player. The guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds and share a full bathroom. The back guest bedroom also has a private tv.

Our home has an extended patio and private pool (solar heat only), perfect for hanging out with the family and entertaining. The backyard features a small putting green and grapefruit tree. Use the outdoor grill and enjoy dinner outside at the 6 seat patio table in the beautiful, sunny AZ weather. Or sip a glass of wine and snuggle around the outdoor fire pit on those cool, winter evenings.

Wireless internet and upgraded cable tv are provided. This is our only rental property so we are here to serve you. We look forward to meeting you!

We totallly enjoyed the house and the location and having a garage to park in and store my bike in. It was close to everything we needed and close to trails and hiking. The host was amazing and thoughtful, even bringing over some childrens toys since our gandkids came to visit for a portion of our stay. The grand kids loved playing in the back yard and I loved eating the grapefruits directly from their tree. We will definitely stay again!

We were very happy with the house, location to restaurants and a couple grocery stores. Our host Patty was wonderful. We had a welcome basket waiting for us. She stopped by with fresh picked grapefruits and oranges. She was just a phone call away if we needed anything. We loved the house and area so much we booked it for next year.

We felt right at home at this house. Enjoyed the fact that we could use the garage. Everything was clean and it was very easy to communicate with Patty. The pool is not heated but we did use once and found it to be in very good shape. Weather was a bit chilly for the pool use. Would highly recommend this home to anyone.

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! This house is a great set up with lots of room, a great yard with large pool, bbq area, and putting green. My entire family loved the house. 6 adults had lots of space to get ready for a wedding. It is also in a great centralized location 10 minutes to salt river tubing and 20 minutes to Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again. Great host and great house.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Is exactly what it felt like - being home! Very clean and comfortable. Pool and patio were wonderful. Owners are fabulous people. Location of rental is very close to shopping, food and gas stations. We look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful home! We had a great family vacation!

We have stayed at this house twice and just love it! It has all the comforts of home and the owner is super nice and is always reachable. We have never had any issues and I’m sure we will be back. Highly recommend to everyone with or without a family! We all loved the pool!

Amazing property and people!

We stayed for 2 months with our family of 4 and absolutely loved the house! It was perfect for our needs and we were very comfortable. The host was amazing and was always there to help us when we needed something. Our kids loved the pool and the toys that the host graciously provided us with. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, it would be hard to do better!

Amazing place for a family

We stayed for 9 days while taking a family vacation to bring our son to college. This was a great location with easy access to everything we needed. Coming from Alaska, we were concerned about the August heat but this home and pool made the heat bearable. Thank you Patty for making our trip so wonderful. We will definitely look to this property again if/when we return to Arizona.

Fantastic property as described

We have always stayed in Scottsdale while on vacation in Arizona but after seeing this property in Mesa with good reviews we though we would give it a try.We were very pleasantly surprised the property was as described and just what we wanted in every way with lovely rooms and a great pool and outside area.As for our host Patty she was fantastic, always there if we needed anything and even taking time to run us to the airport for a trip we had booked. We would have no hesitation in returning to this property for any future vacations.

Hospitality at it’s finest!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family. We loved the covered patio and beautiful pool! We had plenty of space and greatly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Patty was the most hospitable VRBO host we’ve ever encountered. She left customized goodies for my family, checked in with us to make sure we were all set, and stopped by to clean the pool a few times. We highly recommend this VRBO!!

Fantastic host

We will never be able to thank our host (Patty) for all she did to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She even had a tub altered and safety bars installed in the bathroom so I would be able to shower without climbing over the edge of a tub. She was readily available for any of our needs, and she and her mom even played Hand & Foot with us. It was great getting to know her.

Gorgeous home

This property was gorgeous. Patty had a welcome basket waiting for us. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was great to relax in. I loved the beautiful art work that was hanging on the walls. Fantastic VRBO!

Our son graduated from ASU so we spent a week in this home, and it absolutely blew away our expectations. Patty was a wonderful host, thoughtful about every detail, down to cold bottled water in the fridge. She visited a couple of times to check on the pool and brought us freshly-squeezed juice! The space was perfect for our family. Spotless! The pool and outside area was a wonderful place to relax and have fun. Thank you Patty, for a wonderful stay - if we travel back to AZ again we will be sure to re-book with you!

Great home in an even better location! So many restaurants, wine bars, breakfast hangouts, evening music, grocery store and good sidewalks for morning walk! The home is comfortable with everything we needed and the host even put solar heater on in the evening so we could use the pool when temps got in the 70s! Over the top welcome basket upon arrival and extra bottle of wine to help celebrate my birthday! We ventured out and enjoyed Mesa, Fountain Hills, Surprise, and Scottsdale. This one gets an A+

The house is gorgeous. Very spacious. Amazing pool. Kitchen fully stocked with enough dishes for small army. The bed was so comfortable I am going to buy one. Fantastic house - Fantastic host

A most awesome property! Located close to everything, quiet neighborhood, very convenient to the Bush Highway, the BeeLine and the 202. Home is spacious, very clean and well appointed. The pool is absolutely perfect. As far as the host, I do not think there could have been a better host. Very friendly and nice. Felt like family. There was great communication with the host with prompt responses. Our host stopped and picked up packages for us when we were out of town. I rate this location and this host a 100 out of 100.
