The house worked great for our group of three couples over a long weekend. We cooked a fair amount and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and grilling supplies. The showers were a little tight, but the water pressure and temperature were good. It's a great space overall and in an easy to get to location.

Great amenities....our son enjoyed the pool/ping pong table and the whole family enjoyed the swimming pool. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to the freeways, restaurants and shopping. The owners were accommodating in letting us bring our dog, great communication and was able to check in a little early!

The house is beautiful! My husband is a neat freak and he relaxed as soon as we walked in and he saw how clean the place was. We like to cook a lot for our big family and usually find that houses we have stayed in either dont have what we need or what they have is poor quality. We were able to cook just how we like at home. My hubby jumped on the grill immediately and was in his happy place. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The master bath was great and I did enjoy the giant tub. Our whole family to advantage of the pool and loved it. My dad and kids loved the pool table and spent time playing.

We had a perfect stay! The house is in a great location, spacious and clean, and the host provided amenities that we didn't even think of. We loved just hanging out playing pool and table tennis. We will definitely book again!

This home holds sentimental value being that it was our first home ever purchased a week after getting married. Our children are now grown and we are empty nesters choosing to use this home as our private getaway to a quiet area when needed to take a break from our busy lifestyles. We take pride in preparing it for just the right guests. We have just painted this home, put in new carpet with nickel fixtures and new furniture, giving it a fresh new look!

Why they chose this property

This home is in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. We purchased this house because we absolutely love the small town feel with accessibility to the big city of Phoenix, by way of the highway within 20 minutes! The floor plan is the best! It has an Open Concept kitchen/living room. This is perfect for entertaining guests. The kitchen has a view of the pool and the backyard area and has no two story homes on the back side of this house making the pool a very private area!

What makes this property unique

The master bedroom is immaculate and spacious with a large walk-in closet, beautiful dressers, and nice 48' flatscreen TV. This is an absolutely perfect bedroom to relax in while resting on a comfortable king size bed. This bedroom has a bathroom with a garden tub as well as double sinks with new nickel fixtures and a new shower.

*Please note: Pool Heat is Optional. Pool heat fee is $35/day. Please request pool heat at least one week prior to reservation.
