Great stay

Everything was great with the villa. Beach wagon chairs, etc. The villa was well stocked . The only negative was that a golf ball came over our building and shattered my front windshield. However, we were offered extended stay for two days , which was greatly appreciated. The walk to the beach was approximately 10 minutes. Would stay again and recommend.

March at Palmetto Dunes

We spent the entire month of March at this unit. We absolutely loved Palmetto Dunes, the location to the beach was even better than we expected as was the beach itself. We were no more than 8 minutes to the beach and managed to get a nice long walk in every day despite a few chilly mornings. We rented bikes and toured the resort and rode on the beach. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping close by. The unit itself was clean and the living room nicely decorated. It is in need of an update with regards to the kitchen cabinets, bedroom carpets, the sliding doors and painting. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and you are provided with an initial supply of paper goods, soap, detergent, etc. The view of the golf course is amazing and if you look during the day you will be rewarded with the occasional errant drive!

Vacation

We were very pleased with the condo it had everything we needed and then some easy walk to the beach even easier walk to the pool and communication with trident was excellent will come back again. The second condo they put us up in due to some car issues was even better than we expected and my husband wants to come back to that one next year.

We enjoyed our stay in Palmetto Dunes. The location of this condo is fantastic. It is only a short walk to the beach! We even enjoyed walking to the General Store!

We bought our villa years ago so that our family would have a place to create wonderful memories together every summer. Since it is a safe, gated community, we feel comfortable letting our children ride their bikes up to the general store to get Icee's and to explore all over Palmetto Dunes. We all enjoy the miles of bike paths and fishing in the winding lagoon. We hope that our "Happy Place" is a place that you would like to return to year after year with your family or friends. While we are not local, we have a local who manages our home and she is very quick to help if there is ever anything you need. She is who you will make your reservation through.

We bought this home with my father many years ago so that we would have a place to all come together. He doesn't get to the villa much these days, but we have a lot of wonderful memories together.
