This charming villa located in Palmetto Dunes is just steps from pool and golf course with a short 7 minute walk to the beach. It has sleeping space for up to 9 people.

We renovated our villa with tile flooring on the main level, beautiful high-end granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms with subway tile and granite countertops.
The living room has a 60” flat-screen TV with streaming and cable services available. The open concept dining area has seating for six, plus two at breakfast bar. You will love the fully-equipped kitchen which has plenty of cabinet and counter space for cooking. Step outside to a comfortable patio beneath the live oak trees with seating for eight and a gas grill. The bedroom on the main level includes a queen bed plus twin bunk beds and a new TV. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a new TV . A sliding glass door invites you to the balcony with a great view of the beautiful pool area.. Both bedrooms offer en suite bathrooms and tub/shower combination has subway tile. The loft area upstairs has a comfortable sleeper chair with a twin mattress. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a queen size sleeper sofa.

Sub-tropical paradise!

This was our first time in Hilton Head and we were blown away by how beautiful the place is. If you love southern charm, live oaks, Spanish moss, and palmetto trees, this is the place! Palmetto Dunes, the resort that this villa is located in is a sub-tropical paradise. It was wonderful riding bikes or walking through the well maintained landscapes. This particular unit was just as described, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. It was a short, pleasant walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Hilton Head Family Vacation

After searching through many, many VRBO listings looking for a family friendly place to stay in Hilton Head, we came across this villa. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Great location- easy walk to the beach with our toddler in tow (10-15 mins). Close to everything there is to see and do in Hilton Head. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds and living area were very comfortable and the decor was lovely. The pool was right outside our villa which was great and was never too loud. The area was very nice and quiet. We can’t wait to come and stay here again!

Family Reunion

Nice location for our family to gather. We rented a total of 4 units in Water Oaks Villas. This unit being by the pool was ideal. There is a nice variety of activities on Hilton Head Island. We enjoyed long days at the beach, golf, day trips to Savannah and Beaufort and hanging out at the pool.

Quality Time with the Grands

We rented this particular unit because it was (1) within walking distance of the beach, (2) had a pool very close, (3) had a great configuration for allowing myself, 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters to be together. We were in the unit for five days and made some great memories. I highly recommend the unit as well for the graciousness of the hosts. They were so communicative and helpful about everything!

Family Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future! The pool was just steps away from the back patio, making it easy for our family (children included) to come in and out as they pleased. The beach was a short walk (10-15 minutes for us, though likely quicker without children). The kitchen was well-equipped to prepare most meals. Our family brought a crock pot for an easy/low maintenance way to fix larger meals when needed. The owners were very attentive, making sure that we were prepared for our stay, answering all of our questions, and keeping everything in working order within our unit (the coffee maker had quit working the week prior to our stay, and there was already a new coffee pot waiting on us when we arrived—set up and ready to brew). Overall, I would recommend this condo for any family beach vacation!

Beautiful setting. Loved being able to walk out the back patio door to the pool. We could walk or bike to the beach. Loved all the bike trails and being able to bike to Shelter Cove.

Great proximity to beach, pickle ball, general store (which is a favorite destination for breakfast, cinnamon rolls, ice cream and more). It was awesome to have the pool right outside the door too. We had a great stay!

A Wonderful Experience

We had a tremendous two week family vacation at this home. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us. We will be rebooking for next year as well. Location is terrific! Family friendly. Our favorite villa yet

This was my 7th time visiting HHI and this villa was my favorite one! There are so many great things to speak about. We had 2 adults and 2 kiddos 9 & 6. Here’s a few of my top favs. 1. The air conditioning actually worked. So nice to cool off from the hot sun! 2. Zero steps to get into the villa. 3. Well equipped with beach and pool toys 4. So close to the pool. 5. Clean and updated. Can’t wait to return!

Great location, beautiful property

We stayed for a week and will definitely be back. The property is very, very well maintained, spacious, well stocked with everything you need (don't doubt that little blender . . . that thing made frozen cocktails like a boss). Pool directly outside the patio and beach about a 10 minute walk. Loved being here for our first HHI visit.

In the summer of 2013 we bought this charming Villa in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It has everything we wanted for our #1 vacation destination. We spent several weeks renovating it to our taste and comfort level. It is our hope that our guests will love the villa as well as this area as much as we do. Enjoy!
