The pool and hot tub now door patio area makes for an amazing gathering hangout space. It was ideal for afternoon, cocktails, and barbecuing Kevin is an amazing host who is very attentive to his guests

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our daughters graduation from FAU. The home was very comfortable and had lots of things to help prepare meals for our group. Publix is also .4 miles away for all the things you need. There is also a mini mart and bar walkable from the house. The backyard oasis was incredible. The waterfall grotto, pool, covered deck and open deck with enough seating for everyone made our trip even better. We spent the majority of our trip in the pool and hanging outside. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip

Had a wonderful 5 day stay on a girls trip. Great location with walking distance to stores, Publix just a few blocks away, restaurants etc. Yard is super private, pool hot tub and grill made for a relaxing few days. Management was super responsive to any questions that we had. The outside might appear a bit tired but the back yard and inside are surprisingly spacious and well kept. Would love to return someday. A plus in my book!

Exceeded expectations!

This is by far my favorite VRBO. Definitely coming back. So much space, the property grounds were incredible. Having our very own private oasis in walking distance to anything we could have wanted made this a perfect experience.

Jungle house

Everything was as listed on details, the waterfall was not working when we first arrived but My husband was able to unclog it and we were able to enjoy it! Hot tub didn't get very hot but we still enjoyed it!! We will be back!!

Would love to return!

It’s a beautiful spacious house with a bathroom for each bedroom and plenty of beach towels, a lovely hot tub and pool and new deck. Lots of places to gather, or get alone time and a big kitchen so many cooks can be working at the same time. Our toddler grandson loved the shallow end of the pool where he could play safely. Our hosts, Gino and Denise were very responsive and encouraged us to contact them sooner rather than later about any issues which they always addressed promptly.

Girls getaway

We had a relaxing week hanging in the pool and the jacuzzi. Property was maintained and the house was very comfortable. Just a few suggestions: hooks on the back of bathrooms doors to hang a robe ,etc, more than one extra rolls of toilet paper would be helpful. we had to buy more...there were only 2 dish towels, and one was dirty. The sink faucet in the upstairs small room bathroom was corroded... The jacuzzi jets could have been more forceful and stayed on longer. All in all, we enjoyed out stay and would stay at this property again.

Great house and great location

The house is great. Big and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor. The backyard and pool are absolutely amazing! Lots of fun Florida wildlife around and beautiful plants/trees. The location of the house is perfect. 15 minute walk to the beach and right around the corner from restaurants, and ice cream. WIFI is a little weak in some areas of the house, and one bedroom does not have a TV. That same bedroom has a bathroom but there are no towel hangers or toilet paper holder for that bathroom only. Some of the plants and trees are a bit overgrown and create a challenge seeing to turn in and out of the driveway. However, these are all very small issues and do not affect the quality of the house or location. We were in contact with the property manager who was very responsive and easy communication. There were two families who stayed for 11 days and we were never bored! Highly recommend this house!

Perfect Tropical Paradise!

We just checked out from a 5 night stay and we were sad to go! Some highlights: -5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms -Beds were all very comfortable. -bedrooms were very soundproof. We stayed with other family members and felt like we had our own space and privacy. -Living room furniture was very comfortable, unlike a lot of other vacation rentals we’ve stayed at over the years. -Kitchen has everything you need. -backyard was exceptional. Several comfortable places to relax in and out of the sun. We enjoyed using the grill -the pool and hot tub were phenomenal. We enjoyed being able to control the heat/ settings. -location is perfect. Publix and target are a 5 minute drive. Several good restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were also able to walk to the beach and the fishing pier. We appreciated the host meeting us upon check in to show us how to operate the pool settings. We had an issue with a flashing outdoor light which they also came over and fixed. Thank you!!

Could have been cleaner

I'd like to start out by saying that the outdoor space at this house was amazing, and the main reason we rented it. The pool, the trees and the cabana made you feel like you were at a private resort. We loved having all the extra pool towels seperate from the bathroom towels. We also loved the separation of bedrooms with the 2 downstairs bedrooms being outside of the house (through the screened patio) for added privacy. The proximity to resteraunts, grocery, beach, etc was pretty convenient too. We were, however, extremely disappointed with the details of the cleaniness of a few major things like the floors and dishes, and the bugs we were finding in our stuff for days after. The bathrooms and linens were probably the cleanest part of this house, and we didn't take issue with those at all. We didn't feel comfortable walking around barefoot or letting our 9 month old baby crawl around on the floors because they were black and gritty. We didn't tell tell the house manager while we were there because we didn't want to hassel with it knowing they'd probably just try and send someone over, like with the other reviews with the same complaint. The instructions on the house requested that we use the dishwasher, but when we requested dishwashing detergent (because there was none), we were ignored and only offered the additional toilet paper we requested with it. It was a good thing there was at lease liquid dish soap, that someone else probably bought, so we just hand washed all of our dishes BEFORE AND AFTER because we didn't trust them to be clean.... The bugs were mostly in the master bedroom. They were little rolie polie type bugs that we found mostly in the bed and our daughters pack n play that was provided (without a linen, btw. It's a good thing I brought my own sheet just in case). We found more in our bags after we left, and our daughters DIAPER 2 days later. Other much more minor things that were slightly annoying about the house: the lack of coffee mugs (but there were THREE coffee makers. Lol.), lack of counter or shelf space in the bathrooms (the master had the most, but had decorations we had to find a place to stash), lack of adequate hanging space to dry out swim towels and swim suits, and the yard needed tidying with the hose all over the lower backyard, broom and mop/buckets left out, a rusty outdoor side table that clearly needed to be thrown out, and landscaping materials that needed to be hidden behind the shed or something.

A terrible experience. I had contacted Gino 3 times to inquire how to get in the property. We had a delay with our flight so we didn’t get there until 3:30 a.m. I had to finally call him to find out how to get in. I was surprised to hear the key was under the mat. When we arrived it was hard to find the entrance due to a overgrown forest. The stench was overwhelming upon getting in. The property was NOTHING like the pictures on Vrbo there are a couple pictures that aren’t even at that property. We started looking around and found filth everywhere. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom that you enter from the outside. In those two bedrooms the box springs were on the floor and they had black mold all around them about two inches up. The mold was so horrendous a family member had a asthma attack. In everyone of the bedrooms the vertical blinds we’re broken and hanging off the rods. There was broken glass in the living room. The inside of the oven was filthy. The pillows on the beds were soiled with I’m assuming sweat stains or some other yellow substance. In the outside bedrooms the beds hadn’t been made from the previous guests. Which means the sheets had been used too. In one of the bathrooms that they described as being remodeled had a constant shower leak and a broken shower handle. There was a thick coat of dust EVERYWHERE. Mold was in every bathroom too. I was so taken back, I had never experienced anything like this. The description was so falsely written. The doors on the back of the house that led out to the pool were unlocked. The outside was no better than the inside. There were beer bottles and caps that were around the pool. There were overgrown weeds everywhere. There was beer left in a cooler. The outdoor furniture that was posted in the pictures didn’t exist. They had a couple tattered chairs and a part of a sectional. The yard had various trash laying around. In the front they had a trash can that had heaps and heaps of trash overflowing. When I voiced this to him his excuse was the garbage men were coming the next day. But they already had a overflowing trash can at the curb also. This one was right next to the house. We were so overwhelmed with all of this. I was in tears. We had all been awake over 24 hours at this point. I called Vrbo to let them know what we experienced and forwarded the pictures. I was told to get a refund I had to deal directly with the property manager. Hopefully this can save someone the misery that we had

Pool was dirty when arrived, no instructions how to operate spa, pool heat. when called the only numbers on the instruction list they seemed very bothered by us inquiring how utilize the property. Pool toys and beach cart were unacceptable, so dirty. Everything was so janky, cheap dirty rugs, sheets looked to be 20 years old and faded. Blinds didn't close right, Had so many problems from the start. so outdated and in need of work throughout house and yard. Garbage disposal and cloths dryer did not work, one bathroom sink leaked all over our nice stuff. Had to have maintenance come over. Owner was pissed, showed up at property accusing us of turning pool heating valve off which we never touched. Kitchen ceiling and outside tiki roof looks like it's going to fall in. Pool Tiles outside were loose and a hazard, they did come out to fix. Dirty old outdoor furniture. Worst rental I've ever encountered.... BEWARE! I'll spare the grosse pictures that I took of all this!

Summer Vacation

The only real problem I had was with the car rental. I wasn't able to get to the house until after 7:00PM. Once i arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the seclusion of the property. Although it was located fairly close to the main streets and shopping areas the greenery surrounding the home made it feel as though no one was nearby. The home itself was fine except for a couple of issues. A/C in Master Bedroom was leaking but once the manager was contacted, they had it repaired very quickly. There are a couple of things that need to be looked at though, the steps to the backyard pool need to be repaired. I almost fell when stepping down to the patio and pool area because of a loose stone. There was also a damaged window on the back door to the patio. We all had a great time in the pool and jacuzzi. We also enjoyed our daily visits by the geckos and iguanas. All-in-all our stay was very nice and we all had a great time. Thank you

This house is fabulous! Perfect location within walking distance to various food options and grocery stores. The beach is just a short drive away but you could walk as well. The property is private and its like your own oasis. Definitely would recommend.

Graduation celebration

My family got together to celebrate my niece’s college graduation from FAU. We had the best time. The house was the perfect space with ample bedrooms and a bonus with each having their own bathroom! The back yard was a great space with the pool, palm trees and covered deck. If made you feel like you were secluded in a tropical paradise. We had a few minor needs to be addressed and the host was very responsive and came right over to help. We had a wonderful stay. I wish we had longer to experience the area. The house is in walking distance to a great area with shops, restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend this property!

Jungle House

The house was everything we had expected and hoped for. The house was clean, spacious, and we had no issues during our stay. Many things are located nearby, within walking distance; including supermarket, bars, restaurants, and a convenience store. The beach is within walking distance, but it is a 15-20 minute walk Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Perfect Stay for a Family Wedding

The jungle house worked out perfectly for our family to attend a family member’s wedding in Deerfield. The backyard amenities are fabulous and we were even visited by a pair of beautiful peacocks. The location is so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again!

Beautiful home, with everything we needed. We spent mornings in the pool, afternoons walking the beach and the hot tub was just what we needed at the end of each day. Comfortable bedrooms and two refrigerators! The host was very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this home.

Was so happy to be there. Our draw was the hot tub and heated pool. Unfortunately, the pool was not warm and the hot tub did not heat up till our last night. Was disappointing. The under the sink leaked in kitchen with a pale out under it. A few upgrades are warranted.

Deerfield trip

While overall property was good. Pool was dirty upon arrival. Refrigerator barely kept things cold Grill propane tank was very low and backup tank was empty.
