No major problems with the property in general. Would have liked to have used the hot tub that was advertised if it had been user friendly and not requiring 24 hours to heat up.

Thank you for staying with us. I’m terribly disappointed that you didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub. I would have loved the chance to help. The hot tub has both a heat pump and a spa pump heater to help it heat efficiently. Our app history shows the spa was hot upon checkin but was powered off during your stay. In our welcome message, we shared, “The hot tub comes with Wi-Fi capabilities, so if you need any help with programming, just let us know—we’re here for you!” We also provided our phone number, and we can assist with the controls remotely through our phones. I’m truly sorry we didn’t get the opportunity to help you enjoy it.

If I could give this property and hospitality a higher rating I would. The place was amazing, so quiet and peaceful and the hospitality was even better. Natalie is a great host and responds to messages really quickly. I would 10000x recommend to stay here!

Absolutely one of the best we have stayed in! Natalie was very good to communicate and paid attention to detail! The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with amenities!! The kitchen was well equipped and the extras of having water, popcorn (even though we didn't use it) and the coffee station were very appreciated!! The location was fabulous because it wasn't too far from the Winstar Casino where the concert was and was surrounded by trees! Couldn't see any neighbors! If you were outside you could hear traffic and trains but that wasn't a bother! We enjoyed the hottub with nights as well!It definitely has plenty of parking and my friend even put her car in the garage! We highly recommend this beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home, which has been recently refurbished with new furniture, and many other update. Our host was awesome, responding immediately if we had any issues. This is a beautiful home! Kitchen is fully stocked.You will love your stay. This will be our ne "home away from home"!
