Nice condo with a great view Kitchen equipped with anything you’d need Property manager helpful and responsive The area has great restaurants and is located on the beach but has a golf course about a block away perfect place

We stayed here for a family vaca because it was close to the baseball tournament my son was in. Everything was great from check in to check out! Very clean and spacious in a convenient location!! Would definitely book again!

Overall, we enjoyed the condo. Only suggestion is to have more bath and hand towels and wash cloths available. We would stay in this unit again.

The condo was exactly as described- clean, remodeled, and a view to die for! Super easy parking, check in, and the unit was exactly as the pics show. Owner is very good with communication and follow up. Don't think twice about jumping on a vacation here (-:

Great beach decor, open relaxed floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. TV can be tricky but if you have a tecky kid it's all good! Only thing we could of used were pillowcases for the closet pillows but not enough to bother owners. GREAT BEACH CONDO!!!

This was a great place to rent for our week vacation in Myrtle Beach. The pictures are exact. The master bedroom toilet wasn't working correctly upon arrival & Frank took care of it immediately. I would definitely recommend renting if you're traveling to Myrtle Beach. This condo was beautiful & right on the beach.

As usual, very pleased with this condo and stay. Perfect location for the beach, shopping, dining, entertainment and groceries. Only thing I would request for future stays is to please please replace the mattresses in the second bedroom. For as much money as your guests pay to stay here, they ought to at least be in a comfortable bed at night. The mattresses fold up in the middle and are very uncomfortable.

we love this unit our 4th time there every thing is wonderful and frank is great to work with wanting to return next year ,just had a problem with the freezer and ice maker and the blind wasn't working but they were ordering a part for it love the location and the pool and no crowds!

Sorry about the ice maker. I think the previous renters set the freezer temperature too low. This caused the ice maker to freeze up. We lower the temperature and the ice maker started working again after about 2 day.

Oceanfront Treat

What you see is what you get. This is a beautifully outfitted condo in a terrific location at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable, the 65" TV was a real treat for watching the Super Bowl and Winter Olympics, long beach walks were just steps away and good affordable golf was less than a mile away at Arcadian Shores GC. The condo appears to have been recently updated and redecorated. It was also really clean upon our arrival. Tanger outlets, Carolina Opry, a 12 screen movie theatre, Apache fishing pier, Alabama concert hall, great restaurants and grocery shopping are all minutes away. We stayed for the month of February and found lots to keep us occupied and entertained.

Comfortable and spacious.Beautiful beach views, located in quieter area. Nicely landscaped grounds surrounding pretty In ground pool. Unit was very clean. Washer and dryer in hallway. Second bedroom mattresses and thin sheets need to be replaced. One mattress has large whole in center that we tried to stuff with an extra pillow but were unable to use. 2nd mattress has little support. Owner was made aware.

Thanks for the review. We replaced the box spring when you told us about the problem and now the mattress is fine. Apparently the renters before you had kids who were jumping on the bed and broke the box springs. Thanks

Okay but needs improvement

Pros: Building was nice; great location; pool nice; kitchen was equipped with what you need; nice counters; good floors Cons: Cabinets old; LR furniture lower quality-wooden framework and springs noticeable to the touch, handwritten sign posted on ragged paper on balcony door indicating motor for shade on left side was broken- do not use, waiting on new motor; balcony chairs were old/rusty; some folding chairs were in corner and were even rustier; tennis court had no net and so could not use for AC2; second bedroom lacked tv and night table , would have been ok if the beds had been totally comfortable and well outfitted but one bed was broken and the other was not comfortable-I was kind of embarrassed that my adult daughter had to stay in this room; linens and pillows were old, although condo was cleaned I noticed baseboards were not wiped/cleaned esp. in bathrooms; toilet bowl brushes left out; bathroom tub/shower was small, hit my head on the upper soap dish and resulted in a small bump/bruise to my forehead; remote in master did not work for guide functions, I understand that overall it was not terribly expensive per night but still... also, Narrative indicated side parking at the building was ok however we received a warning not to park in the service area; should include that no shade devices other than octagonal/circular are allowed until after Sept. 15th at the beach. Although a link to "beach rules" was given; it would have been helpful to just hint at this without my having to pull up the website. So overall, I would not probably rent this property again. Having just finished a major renovation on my own home, I know the differences between renovated, redecorated and just updated. It served a purpose but given all the restrictions, I felt compelled to write this review. My suggestion, it didn't need to be packed full of furnishings, but those provided and the decorations and linens could have been a much higher quality leaving me with a feeling that I can't wait to return. Instead it was a lackluster experience. Best, Judy

I wish you would have notified me of any problems while you were here. I investigated your complaints and please note my findings. The motor for the one blind has been back ordered for 3 months sorry for the inconvenience. Balcony furniture is about 5 years old and since this is Oceanfront outdoor furniture it has a tendency to rust faster. I guess we will need to get new next year. Checked the beds and we could not find any broken. Linens are not old, but we will replace a few of the pillows Yes no tents on the beach during the summer season. All other devices are ok(umbrellas etc.) Not sure why you would park in the service area when the parking lot is half empty in September. Thanks for your feedback

Very comfortable and welcoming condo. Would have liked a beach umbrella and better beach chairs. Also, the mesh on patio railing made it difficult to see through, when sitting. High top chairs would would be nice.

The View is Everything

Went to Arcadian shores for Easter weekend to visit my daughter attending coastal Carolina university. We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was super clean, fully stocked, steps to the beach and in a great area. I will definitely book again!
