The lodge combines classic Maine charm with modern convenience, featuring a unique layout that includes both an old-style main lodge and a newer addition. The newer addition expands the space with a second kitchen, dining, and living area, making Ark perfect for larger groups who want both shared gathering areas and plenty of room to spread out.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Main Lodge: First Bedroom with Two Twins, Second Bedroom with Two Twins, Third Bedroom Queen, Fourth Bedroom with Two Twin bunk sets and Two Twins (Six Twins total),
Newer Addition: Fifth Bedroom with One Twin over Double bunk set, Sixth Bedroom Queen (with private half bath). Sleeps up to 16 guests.

Location: 156 Camp Waya-Awi Road, Rangeley ME. On the eastern shore of Gull Pond. 2.4 miles to downtown Rangeley and 9.2 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 10.5 miles to Saddleback.

ATV Access: This home does have direct ATV trail access. If when renting, at one of our homes with trail access, please ride to and from the trail access only. Please do not ride around the property or up and down roads. We want our guests to be good neighbors and enjoy the area without disrupting others, so please help with this so everyone can enjoy their time here in Rangeley.

FAQs: This property has a large gas grill. Sandy walk-in beach area with shallow water, safe for young children. Located on a quiet gravel road, nice for taking walks or a bike ride. There is 1 canoe and 3 kayaks provided. No motorboats allowed because there are no boat launches available on Gull Pond or at this property.
