Make sure hot tub cover is on and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Occupancy, parking, trash, hot tubs, noise requirements are non-negotiable. Home is not suitable for parties or any gathering that exceeds occupancy.
**No street parking is allowed during November to May. Park in garage and/or driveway. No parking on lawns or dirt.
All trash must be secured in bear box located in the driveway of the home. Do not leave any trash outside as it will attract animals and bears.
