The property is wonderful! Very clean, well accommodated, quiet, close to restaurants & beach! My only complaint would be the bed pillows. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend if you are going to LBTS!

The place was very clean and spacious for 6 of us and felt very private. Kitchen had everything you needed including a huge refrigerator and freezer. Bedrooms were great size with big closets and balconies. The pool is small but it was perfect to have when we wanted to just cool off. Location to the grocery store, beach and many restaurants were just a 4 min walk. The beach cart was very helpful with our load of provided chairs and beach towels. We would definitely recommend this unit.

December getaway

The home is beautiful and equips with everything you could possibly need. We took a few days to come together as a family that is spread all over the country and we could not have asked for a more convenient location. The pool in the back was a nice touch however would've liked some more sun. Nobody's fault on that. The beach is a short walk away with beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. The only downside would be the headboards on the uppermost floor, especially the one on the full or queen size bed kept falling off the wall. Other than that, we had a beautiful stay would totally come back to visit the Fort Lauderdale area again and hopefully stay in one of these units.

Fabulous Location

Spacious, well laid-out home with loads of amenities. Second time staying in Villa Granada and would definitely stay again. The house is large and comfortable for a group. Best of all is the location. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Thank you Tanya for another wonderful stay!!

Great place and great location

This was the best vacation or at least one of the best. Our children loved the pool and the beach is beautiful and steps away. The villa I located near a children’s park and great restaurants. This place is a deal.

This property is absolutely amazing! Sparkly clean, spacious, and located in the heart of the town! Equipped with everything you might need, from variety of spices to beach chairs or weights, if you feel like exercising. Private backyard with pool and a huge kitchen with a commercial grade fridge. Simply amazing !!!

This was our 3rd time staying at this property and we can’t wait to come back. The location is in walking distance from beach, bars and restaurants. The townhouse was very clean and plenty of room for all of us. The private heated pool was a plus !!
