We had a wonderful time celebrating big birthdays with family. Property was great and stocked well especially with towels an extras requested prior with Tanya. Communication when on site was easy and quick. Joseph the property manage was great and stopped by for a minor issue when asked. . Highly recommend! Thank you Tanya and team!

I brought my family together from Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Texas for Christmas in Florida. The Villa Margarita 38 was perfect! Everyone had space on their own (huge bedrooms) and also great family space to share. The kitchen was perfect for us making meals together and the pool was a huge hit! I loved that you checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything - so accommodating. The villa location was perfect with just about everything we wanted in walking distance. The town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a small town, with many places to eat, and some cool shops. Perfect for a restful week with family. We plan to return!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had a beautiful stay at the Lauderdale by the Sea Vacation Villa! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The house itself is gorgeous and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and all the great restaurants and entertainment downtown. We truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fabulous property very clean and close to restaurants, Publix and the beach. We were here for a celebration of life as my father had lived in this area for a long time and could host friends for a cookout or meet to go out. All our expectations were met and more. The VRBO lived up to what was listed in the VRBO and reviews. It was a beautiful and well maintained home. The area was fantastic. The walk to the beach and to all the many restaurants and shops was even closer that I though. The VRBO company and owner were very responsive to all questions. We would strongly consider staying here again in the future.

Christmas at Villa Margarita

We absolutely loved the house! It was beautiful & looked like it was brand new. The house was very clean! Loved the mattresses, I slept so well! They had a small Christmas tree for us, which was a nice addition to make the holiday festive along with the decorations I brought. The pool & back area was a perfect size! A perfect vacation and so close to the beach and lots of restaurants in walking distance!

A truly great stay in a nicely refreshed condo. Plenty of space the amenities were top notch everything was clean. The pool and backyard area was a little oasis. The condo is located in a great area, close to shops, the grocery store, and the beach. The communication from the management company is how it should be done. Our stay could not have been better. Perfect family townhouse!

The house was very spacious and also provided enough privacy for nap times or early risers. It was spotless and everything was in great working condition. The pool cleaner came twice during our week stay to clean and make sure the heater was working properly. We had chilly temps during our stay and the pool was almost as warm as a hot tub! It was perfect. You have to cross two streets to get to the beach but still felt safe and took about 5 minutes max. The neighborhood also felt safe but very close to the restaurants and shops.

An Incredible Stay

The house was fabulous. The villa was very spacious and clean. We had three couples and there was plenty of space with each couple having a bathroom to themselves plus a half bath on the first floor. We had one tiny issue and it was immediately fixed. It is walking distance to many restaurants/bars and only 2 blocks from the beach with a beach cart, chairs and beach towels. The management company was in contact often to make sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend!!

LOVED THIS PLACE!!! ONLY A COUPLE OF SUGGESTIONS: WOULD APPRECIATE A SMALL DRESSER IN BEDROOMS. LIGHTS IN DINING ROOM DIDN'T WORK. 3RD FLOOR BATHROOM SHOWER FAN DIDN'T WORK. MADE BATHROOM FLOOR SPLIPPERY, AND ALMOST CAUSED MY DAUGHTER TO HAVE A SERIOUS FALL BACKWARDS. BUT LOVED THAT EVERYTHING WAS SO CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED WITH ALL WE NEEDED, AND SO CLOSE TO BEACH AND RESTAURANTS. WOULDN'T EVEN NEED A CAR. HOPE TO RENT THIS AGAIN NEXT YEAR!! YOU ALL DO A GREAT JOB, ESPECIALLY WITH COMMUNICATIONS!
