Direct Seaside Living At It's Best

The property is situated in the fishing village of Bibinje right by the beach. Bibinje, with just over 4000 inhabitants, is just a short distance from the old town of Zadar, giving one the best of both worlds.

This direct seaside apartment is on the 1st floor and provides 100m² of living space.
It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 with tv/sat). Lounge area with couch that converts into double bed. Dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with electric/gas stove, oven, kettle, coffee filter machine, espresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
2 bathrooms (1 shower), washing machine. Fully air-conditioned living area and both bedrooms, wi-fi, tv/sat, stereo/cd/usb/bluetooth.

The balcony has wonderful sea views and the garden provides seating in the barbecue area. Garage parking for 1 car only and four bikes, shared by all our guests.

The coast with beaches is four kilometres long. In the village there are good restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, basically all everyday amenities. It is seven kilometres from the historical town of Zadar and eight kilometres from the airport. In the region around Zadar you can find the Krka, Paklenice and Kornati Islands national parks. You can go on a cycle tour from Bibinje through Arbanasi to Zadar. Visit Zadar in the morning and experience the market, the cafés and the fish market. In the evenings there are restaurants and bars. In summer many cultural and sporting events are held. The largest harbour on the Adriatic, Marina Dalmacija, with hundreds of docks, is in Bibinje.

Tolles Appartment direkt am Meer

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne 2 Wochen in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten, geräumigen Appartment mit tollem Meerblick vom Terrassenbalkon. Wir genossen die Gastfreundchaft und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters Davor.Er grillte für uns Fisch und lud uns zu einer netten Bootfahrt zur gegenüberliegenden Insel mit seinem Boot ein. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Urlaubsunterkunft mit Ambiente

Wir sind vom Vermieter ausführlich über die Wohnung, das Haus und die Umgebung infomiert worden. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, es hat auch an kleinen Dingen so gut wie nichts gefehlt. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln war fantastisch. Der Vermieter Davor hat uns einmal zu gegrilltem Fisch (vorzügliche auf Holz von Weinreben gegrillte Sardinen) eingeladen und hatte mit uns auf seinem Boot eine mehrstündige Rundtour zu den vorgelagerten Inseln unternommen (Kaffeetrinken in einem kleinen Hafen, baden an einem Sandstrand und abschliessendem Eis-essen in einem anderen Hafen. Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar um uns Informationen und Tips rund um unseren Urlaub zu geben. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und denken daran wiederzukommen.

Sat on the balcony now writing this, listening to the gentle lapping of the water-fabulous. From the moment I enquired about the property I knew we were going to have a great holiday. Davor was always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. The apartment is fantastic-immaculately clean with lots of little touches that make your holiday easier when self catering (every utensil you could possibly need, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, soaps, shower gel, shampoo...). Beer, juice, tea, coffee and biscuits were all there on arrival and Suzanne even brought us freshly baked, still warm cake as we were on the beach one day. The 4 bikes provided were fab and we put them to great use including a trip to the island opposite as suggested by Davor. He also provides a stand up paddle board for his guests to use which my two teenage daughters put to great use. The weather wasn’t great some days but Davor and Suzanne have thought of everything with cosy fleece blankets so you can still enjoy the view and sounds from the balcony. There is a supermarket nearby which we used the bikes to go to, and there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance in the centre of Bibinje and towards Sukosan. Would definitely come again.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Meerblick und perfekter Ausstattung

Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Woche in Bibinje. Die Wohnung entspricht 1:1 der Beschreibung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet und alles super sauber. Davor ist ein toller Gastgeber - sehr hilfsbereit, nett und hat viele gute Tipps für die Reise. Auch die Lage des Hauses hat und sehr gut gefallen. Hier leben auch in der Nachsaison Menschen. Bibinje ist ein Ort und keine reine Ferienhaussiedlung. Zadar, Nationalparks, Trogir, Split - alles sehr gut erreichbar! Kurzum: Uns hat es super gefallen!

Great house @ a great location run by great people

We, a family of 5, had a perfect vacation. This place is definitely worth visiting more than once.  House, garden and beach are kept very well. Our accommodation was excellent and very well equipped. Beach and water were great, we will especially miss the early morning swim. The hosts were more than kind and played an important role in our having such a great time there. They were most helpful, also when it comes to tips and hints on excursions, eating out and alike.  We are already looking foward to our next visit!

We had a great time in Bibinje. A nice apartment with a wonderful view. The apartment was everything it should be: clean, comfortable, beautiful decorated. We felt ourselves very welcome, got a lot of touristic information. The boat trip became a wonderful experience. Davor and Suzanne spoiled us with pancakes, sardines... but most of all with their great warmth and hospitality. We would highly recommend this place and hope one day to return!

Our property's benefits are that we are direct sea front, we have the pleasure of watching the sunsets, seagulls, changes in the weather; high waves in the storm, crystal clear flat water during the calm.

Relax while we have a coffee on the balcony or our living area and watch the boats sail by. Enjoy making a barbeque in our garden/grill area. An early morning swim straight out of bed, it's great!
