Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. A security deposit of $300 is also obligatory. No large parties-you will forfeit your rental deposit
and rental fees as well as immediate removal by authorities. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.
Quiet hours are 11pm and 6am-be respectful of our neighbors. Absolutely no smoking-you will lose your deposit as well as forfeiture of rental fees.
