This is a two-bedroom, two-bath condominium with 1357 square feet of living space, Your 35-foot balcony is ideal for lounging sunning and dining.. Master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed; second bedroom has a comfortable Queen and twin size bed. Queen-size sleeper sofa is in living room.
The Kitchen has just had a major renovation, custom cabinets and beautiful granite counter tops. All new stainless appliances too. For those guests who choose to get away from the kitchen.... those options are still open to the wonderful restaurants around the island. By the way.... for our guests looking to escape the ordinary...
There is a heavy duty blender in the kitchen that makes great Margaritas!..

We had a great time staying here. It’s a great location close to everything especially the beach. The amenities are wonderful - great pool, secure area. The hosts routinely check on you. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the view, and location!!

We loved being near the beaches and just far enough away from Duval Street. We rented a golf cart and could easily find parking and get around the whole island easily!

Great pool and beach access

We really enjoyed the pool and ocean acess(rocky at the start). Beautiful grounds around outside. Clean rooms! Not the homeowners fauĺt but there was alot!! Of bird/lizard poop all over the outdoor patio. We did wipe off as needed and did enjoy the spectacular view!

Before Christmas Getaway

The condo is in a great location if you want to stay in a relaxing and quiet area of Key West. There is an Irish pub in walking distance as well as family-owned little grocery stores. Ubering to DeVul Street is very affordable and less expensive than a rental car. The condo had a nice pool and the beach area to the left of the property was very nice. I would suggest you print off the directions to get into the condo as that is the easiest way to start your vacation. Overall, I would go back to this property. It was a nice size for my family , and in a great location in my opinion.

Only negative is the complex still uses keys for the main building- heard lots of other families complaining as well that they need to update to a keypad system upgrade but that has nothing to do with rental itself! Would highly recommend this condo to others!

We were thrilled with the location as it was close to the swim race we were participating in at Smathers Beach. The condo is very spacious and with 5 people it never felt crowded. The view of the pool and ocean are definitely a plus! Would book this place again.

The condo was spotless and was spacious for all of us. Beautiful kitchen with all necessities. Great view of ocean and kids loved the pool. Building and area were quiet and great for an intimate family gathering. Security office was helpful too. Easy Uber to Duval street and activities. Would stay there again and again

Perfect location

We had never been to Key West before so we weren't sure where to stay. I primarily picked this place due to its amenities, proximity to beaches, and ocean view. We were not disappointed once we arrived. The host was in prompt communication with us to ensure everything was going well with getting into the property. He also reached out during our stay to check on us. If we are ever in Key West again, we will be staying here.

First Key West experince

The rental place was everything that it said it would be. Very nice with new amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. Great location, had a very nice pool, and was very quiet. It was perfect for our family of four. Property owners reached out to make sure everything was good and wanted to help if we needed anything. That was very nice of them.

We really liked the amenities of the condo. It was very spacious & had a fantastic balcony view. The property grounds were safe & well kept. We were in walking distance of both public beaches. We found it was easier to Uber to town than rent a golf cart. Honestly, probably cheaper too. We also liked it was quieter at this end than closer towards Duval.

This is the second time we have stayed in this facility. It never disappoints. The place is exactly as pictured and described. The property owner even called while we were their to check if everything was ok. When we return to Key West next year, this will be the first place we will look to rent again.

No hot water in master shower Spare bedroom only has one table lamp, needed a flashlight to find items in our luggage Check in was horrible, 30 plus people trying to get in, no one’s code work. Finally some guest let us in. Master bedroom floors squeak High step in from the patio, trip hazard Lights flickered in kitchen and master bathroom. I feel that this property is not worth the price. I will contest payment until a resolution can be agreed upon !

Absolutely Wonderful !

The condo was exactly as described, everything was clean and well kept, there were plenty of towels, the master shower was awesome, and we never ran out of hot water with all four of us taking showers one after the other. The kitchen had most everything needed including two coffee pots, a toaster oven; the only thing I would add to the kitchen is a few dish clothes and towels (only found one), maybe another pitcher to hold extra Margaritas : ), and a hand mixer; others may never need a mixer but we made dip for chips and ended up using the blender to make it, but that worked fine in the end. The view from the large balcony was amazing! Check in and out was a breeze and the owners gave us a call to make sure everything was good. I never found a place to control the air conditioner but we stayed comfortable the entire time with the exception of me getting a little hot at night (I'm very hot natured though); we slept in the master suite, and family slept in the second bedroom that had an additional stand-alone air unit in it that was great; both bedrooms have balcony access. The garden and pool area are absolutely stunning and there's a small beach area by the water that's beautiful and great for looking for treasure washed ashore. We felt very safe at this complex as well as everywhere we went and everyone was so nice; we would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Great space, good value

Unit has lots of space for a family to spread out. Furniture is comfortable and kitchen is great. Location is convenient to Smathers beach and a short drive to Duval street. Renovations look great - master bathroom is fantastic, as is the kitchen and living room furniture. Only downside has nothing to do with the unit, but rather the complex. Unfortunately the pool area is useless. Want to use a raft or noodle to float around the pool? Sorry, the security guard will be yelling at you in two seconds. Want to throw a football with your kid? Not happening - security will threaten to kick you out. No loud games, no horseplay, no jumping, no water bottles, no ice chests. There's literally a whole page of things you aren't allowed to do. Don't plan on using the pool for anything other than getting wet (though I'm sure that will be banned at some point too). Again, not a problem with the unit but rather the complex itself. Despite the unfortunate pool situation, this unit is a great deal. The views are spectacular and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Nice Place w. a few Minor Issues

We had a great time on our 10-day visit to Key West. Our unit was very comfortable, well-appointed, had a great view, and a really nice pool and ocean view. The only problems we had were with the air conditioning and on-site property management. The air conditioning stopped working overnight our 4th night there. I called the on-site property management first thing when we woke up. Got voicemail and left a message. They never called me back, but when we got back to the condo that night, the A/C was working. Not sure if they came up to fix it or what. 3 days later, it stopped working again. Called on-site Property Management and left a message, again. Again, they did not return my call, ever. After 4 hours of no response, I took a look and figured out that there was a leak in the condensation drain pipe, causing the emergency drip pan to fill up with water, which was causing a float valve switch to kill the A/C. I scooped all the water out of the drip pan, dried it out and the A/C came back on. Glad I'm a bit mechanical because property management never did respond or send up a repair person. Only gave the location a 3-star rating because of the horrible smell of the rotting sargassum/seaweed on the beach this time of year. The smell is probably no issue from Oct to Apr, but it was pretty unbearable for Jun/Jul. The locals are probably used to it, but if you're not local, you'll find it rather repugnant. It was a non-issue once you head west towards downtown. Overall the unit was nice and we had a great vacation. Just disappointing that the property management had such poor customer service, and obviously they need to repair the leak in the condensation drain pipe, because other guests may not be as willing to try to solve the problem on their own - and it will continue to be a problem, due to the leak. And be sure to take a clothespin for your nose.

Excellent communication and unit was spotless upon check in. Management group was great, but even the owner was involved to ensure a great experience. Pool was super deep, perfect conditions and spa/suna well maintained. Even while under some of the concrete renovations it really wasn't an issue. The extra lots for parking are a bit crowded because of that renovation but would stay here in a heartbeat for the next trip, if it's available!
