We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The harbor view is amazing, its active, and lots to see. My wife loved it. I choose this over the ocean view, nice seeing boats going in and out all day. A nice breeze coming off the water, and no Sargassum smell like the other side of the island has. The place comes stocked with basics, including hair dryers, soaps, beach towels, an so much more. The accommodations are top notch. Can easily tell they want you to enjoy your stay. A true 5 star vacation. The place has the best air conditioning, it was super cool all day, while very muggy outside. We met the Guest Relations Liaison, Anthony, he is welcoming, hospitable and knowledgeable. Anthony spent time with us, and we learned some local happenings. This is my second stay here, I was here last October for fishing, and choose this place again for the views, value, and how well the place is taken care of. We got to watch a couple local manatees off our balcony for a few hours, plus tarpon all around the dock. We were able to cook the fish we caught in the stocked kitchen. Communications was perfect, they were able to let us check in early. Looking forward to coming back. I have to mention the very simple checkout instructions that has like 2 items, just trash and towels to do, not the stress of a punch list I have had at other places.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The condo was clean, great layout. We used one of the two grills available and the heated pool was nice. The location was never more than 5-10 minute golf cart drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Our host was very welcoming. We look forward to using this condo again.

Our stay was great. The balcony view was amazing. Appreciate having use of the grounds with locker before and after . The floors in the condo seems very dirty. All of our feet when walking around in there wereBlack on the bottoms. We also had a constant issue with the toilet in the 2nd bedroom they did get into flush but it ran constantly and then when the master bath flushed it would flush ours as well. Overall the place was very nice and had all that we needed we even left some stuff there for either the cleaners or then next guests .

Family vacay

Very nice place to stay in a great location. Condo was clean, roomy and furnished with everything we needed. We were able to utilize the pool most of the stay and eat on the balcony .

This place was awesome. It was equipped with everything that you’d need while being away from home.Having dinner on the balcony overlooking the harbor, boats and sunsets was magical.In the morning at 7:55am you could hear the bugles being played at the nearby base and in the evenings you could hear music from a local tiki bar. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing view and location

This is a great place to rent. The view of the harbor is beautiful and it's close to everything you'd want to do in Key West. My only gripe is that check in isn't until 4pm and check out is at 11am. So you almost lose an entire day.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

The condo was clean and made you feel like you were at home rather than a hotel. The condo was spacious and well inventoried. The property was also clean including the pool and pool rest rooms. The communication was great and checking in and out was easy. The property is also within minutes of all the Key West hot spots. I would recommend this property if you are visiting Key West!

The condo was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the back balcony overlooking the water and it often had music playing from the nearby restaurant. Check in and out was easy and the host representative is very accessible. Parking is free in the lot downstairs from the unit. We found everything in the unit very easily and it had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed our stay.

My flight was cancelled out of Chicago Saturday which I accept. What wasn’t acceptable was how dirty the lobby, floor and general condition of the unit. The pool water was cloudy and had no sun. We left one day early due to being notified on Monday by text that pest control by the building was being done from noon until 2 Tuesday. Brought these issues to the owners with no resolution on their side. Happy to provide pictures.

The only message we received was on the day you chose to depart early, stating you were leaving and requesting a refund, which did not allow us the chance to assist or remedy anything in real time. The condo is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival, and it was rechecked after your departure with no cleanliness issues found. The pool is maintained multiple times weekly by a professional third-party company and was in normal condition. The routine pest control visit you referenced is a brief, building-scheduled service that typically lasts only a few minutes and can always be skipped upon request. We care deeply about our guests’ experiences and remain available throughout every stay to help with any concerns. We wish you the best in your future travels.
