Oceanfront End-Unit with Private Balcony & Ocean Views!

Decorated with the guests' relaxation and enjoyment in mind! Private balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean and pool where guests can enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets of the Isle of Palms! Fully equipped kitchen including new cabinetry, new quartz counters, dishwasher, standard drip & Keurig coffee makers. Enjoy peace and quiet as this unit removes guests from the hustle and bustle of Ocean Blvd and it's traffic!

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

What a blast we had.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took our grandson 7yrs old and we had a blast. Beach, ocean, pool repeat. He had a blast. As we all did. Sea Cabins is where it is at. Park your car and really do not have to drive anywhere. Oceanside, pool, shopping eating. Great place and Island Realty is great too. ENJOY!

The accommodations were nice and loved the location. Would love to beable to buy a condo here. Loved they have to use codes to enter room,beach and pier. Was within walking distance to restaurants,stores. Would be nice if only they had more activities for the family without having to drive.

Great beach condo

Great location! And well appointed condo with easy access to the pool and the beach! Our only issue was the laundry room was closed and with a toddler this was a bit challenging for us but otherwise the experience was great!

Great Sunrises

Nice, updated unit that was perfect for our family vacation (2 adults & 2 kids). The location could not have been better. The beach is easily accessible, restaurants are just down the sidewalk, and a major grocery store is only a 5 minute walk if you don’t feel like driving (great restaurants in that shopping plaza as well). Also since it’s right at the connector bridge, you can be on Market Street in Charleston in less than 30 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice views and solid location

Loved the area, efficient clean place, and convenient walk down to beach. Acme Seafood next door was great too. Couch is tired and we kept smelling smoke. Could have been neighbors too. Kind of pricey for the length of stay/place. Only good for 2 adults and small kids due to small bunk beds in hallway.

Booked Sea Cabins while looking for a reasonable oceanfront property and loved my first visit to Isle of Palms. The condo is exactly as pictured with a beautiful view of the beach from a balcony with seating for four, two tables, and a ceiling fan, one of the few noted. The balcony gets afternoon shade. The condo is well appointed and reasonably accommodated three adults. The management company communicated well and gave every opportunity to help, if needed. I would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our first trip to South Carolina. Our Sea Cabin was perfectly located for fun on the beach and for excursions. We toured the Boone Plantation, Fort Sumter, and the USS Yorktown Aircraft Carrier. Restaurants and a grocery store were within walking distance. The property was clean. The staff at Island Realty were extremely helpful. Our cabin was beautifully decorated. It would be helpful if beach towels were provided for those of us who are flying and are limited on packing space. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone interested in a home away from home.

Perfect for Us

This condo is perfect for 2 people. The property is clean and basically well-maintained, although the hall door to the bathroom didn't close fully (we reported this to Island Realty maintenance staff). However, it closed well enough for privacy. The furniture is as photographed and is in good condition. The mattress was comfortable except for the fact that whoever is sleeping on the right side is going to feel a slight roll to the center. Nonetheless, we both slept well. Bathroom and kitchen supplies (soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent, TP, etc.) were adequate for us for almost the full week. We would certainly consider this property again if we return to Isle of Palms. We especially enjoyed the balcony and the views of ocean, pool and in-transit pelicans it offered! The location is great -- close to several good restaurants and the supermarket -- and we found it quiet and peaceful, even during spring break time. We made a good choice of accommodation for us!

Nice condo, poor housekeeping

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice, and we would stay there again, but Island Realty did a poor job inspecting and getting the unit ready for our arrival. The unit was supposedly inspected the day we arrived, but upon entering the unit, the smell was horrible. We had to leave the front and back doors open to try to get rid of the smell. There were dead gnats in the refrigerator, and it smelled bad as well. The inspector must have noticed the smell as well, as the HVAC fan was set to run continuously when we arrived. We called Island Realty that day and complained about the condition. We finally found the source of the smell - someone had left pieces of fish in the sink disposal. We removed the fish and called Island Realty again, and they sent a technician the next day with lemon scented deodorizer which he poured down the disposal.

Sensational Sea Cabin

It says it's deluxe but it's more along the lines of above average. The view is great and it's the second unit from the front. Beach access is great. However, keep in mind that the front door of the place overlooks the public beach access. Not a problem after Labor Day, but I assume this would be a nuisance during the summer as all kinds of trashy people are using that access. Also this location is in the heart of the tourist area. Again, this is cool in the off season as you can walk to everything, but not so much in tourist season when all the trash is using the free beach! I was their Labor Day weekend and the rest of the week. The weekend was crazy! Traffic, trashy people, noise. Then on Monday afternoon til Saturday it was great. The folks at Island Realty were ok. My wife came down for only half the week so we had two cars. They would only provide one parking pass! They actually told us to park in the lots of the day trippers and pay! Could you imagine? I already paid a nice fee for the condo. And there was space for one more car! And they said it could get towed if we parked without a pass! Imagine checking in and having to drive around on Labor Day weekend looking for a parking spot! So no thanks to them I parked there anyway without incident.

We discovered a non-working toaster; called the office and had a replacement within 30 minutes! Everything was clean and as advertised. The location is great -- walkable to everything we needed in town and includes a balcony with nice ocean views and the bonus of being on a pelican flight path. We'll be back!

Great Room!!
