MAIN LIVING SPACE: The second floor will become your main gathering spot in this coastal home away from home. Two sofas anchor the living room, which features great window treatments, a nautical striped run, and other design details you’ll love! It opens to an adjacent dining area with a round table that seats six and to the gorgeous kitchen—the true heart of this home! Stainless steel, and premium appliances delight the chef of the family. Gather at a large, quartz island with a waterfall edge, an informal gathering spot with bar-stool seating for four where you can recap the day’s activities.

This entire, open-concept living area expands beneath soaring, vaulted ceilings lined with shiplap, and the dining area opens to a second-floor, wrap-around balcony through a set of French doors.

Downstairs, a cozy den on the first floor makes an alternative place to relax, and again the designer details are on full display—from flamingo wallpaper to striped upholstery and chic pillows. The convenient beverage center serves those relaxing there or staying in guest rooms on this level.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a whimsical twin bunk room, with a fun mix of patterns on bedding and a toddler-size table and chairs, sleeps four. The entire bunk room bath is decorated in blue penny tiles so that the whole bathroom doubles as an oversized shower—perfect for cleaning up kids after a day on the beach!

The second bedroom on this level is a family bunk room, with a queen bed that has a built-in surround and a twin bed above. With shiplap walls and a built-in bunk, the bedroom looks and feels like a boat’s cabin, and it has a beautiful private bath with more designer tile work in the tub/shower.

On the second floor, a primary suite features a plush, four-poster king bed, a sitting area with designer upholstery, and your very own private porch! A sliding, barn door-style opening reveals a sumptuous bathroom, with cement tile flooring showcasing a stylish, Indonesian Ikat pattern. The steel-framed shower door opens to an enormous walk-in shower outfitted with shower jets, while black sconces and aged steel mirrors give this master bath even more contemporary appeal.

The third floor offers a second king suite with more amenities. Lean against the tufted headboard on the comfortable king-size bed and gaze out windows for third-story views and peeks of the Gulf. A beverage center and coffee bar make it simple to enjoy a cup of coffee and the sunrise on your very own private wrap-around porch. The gorgeous private bath with soothing blue walls centers around a soaking tub in gleaming white under a chandelier and a large shower cubby for everyone to soak away the day.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

After Dune Delight is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering After Dune Delight the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
