The second floor holds the luxurious grand primary suite with a king bed, smart TV and large primary bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower. An additional living area with a wet bar, smart TV, and half bath leading out to it's own deck make this a great additional gathering area.

On the opposite side of the primary bedroom is the library with 2 comfy reading nooks and an awesome hanging bed with French doors leading out to yet another large deck. You won't find a more perfect place to relax while on vacation!

Completing the 3rd floor is a wet bar with wine/beverage refrigerator and it's own comfy sitting area-perfect for a cozy chat. Just off this sitting area is a half bath and another comfortable deck.

There are laundry room on both the 1st and 2nd floors to make clean up a breeze, 7 smart HDTV's throughout the house, beverage centers on all floors, sound systems on the second and third floors and third floor, ocean view deck. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND EVICTED.
This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
