The Space:
Tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion, this apartment exudes unique charm and character.
The space is cozy and inviting, with large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. The comfortable mattress invites you to rest, and on those rainy days, you can cuddle up and watch movies on the Smart TV, complete with Netflix and Wi-Fi.
*Note that there may be noise from neighboring units, we are more than happy to provide earplugs and a noise machine!*
If you prefer dining in, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and hosting your crew. After a day spent exploring the city’s shops and restaurants, you’ll love returning to the super comfy queen-size bed for a great night’s sleep. Individual heaters are provided for cooler months. The bed area connects to the kitchen without a closing door. The bathroom has a high-sided clawfoot tub with shower. The entry to this building has about 10 stairs to access main door.

The Hawthorne/Buckman area offers a wide variety of local flavors. Explore the Cartopia food cart pod or share a pie at Apizza Scholls.
But Portland isn’t just for foodies. The vibrant indie spirit of Hawthorne is alive with a multitude of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques, making it a true hipster haven. Catch a movie at Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews.
If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of recreation, head up to Mt. Tabor. This city park, located atop a dormant volcano vent, offers miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city, providing a perfect escape into nature right within the city limits. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.
🧺 Access to communal coin-operated washer & dryer between the hours of 9a - 8p available by request! Bring quarters.
Interaction with Guests:
We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
