A great 6 week stay

The house was exactly as described. It was the most well stocked home we’ve stayed in, from kitchen utensils/appliances to every day items like paper towel, detergent etc. Scott was the best communicator and quick to answer any questions we had.

Large 3 bedroom house in Central Cape Coral

We stayed in the house for 2 weeks. There are 3 large bedrooms with King Beds. Nice Kitchen and dining area and living room. Pool with a lanai and canal (brakish water with no access to river). Location was central Cape Coral with Midtown Publix and Wallgreens and Veterans Parkway around the corner, 10 to 15 minutes to get anywhere. House was well stocked with towels, and Kitchen with all appliances etc. It was clean, communicating with the Owner was a breeze, he was very responsive. All in all a great experience.

We LOVED our stay at Scott's property in Cape Coral! We stay at about 5 VRBO's each year and this is the first one we want to come back to. Scott was great at getting back to us when there were minor issues.The neighborhood is really safe and quiet. The house did NOT have a smell, even though there were renters who left the same day. The house was clean and not cluttered. The pool is warm, set to 85" and clean, it is in the sun the entire day. My kids(11 & 13) loved using the fishing poles in the canal and caught & released fish. The beds were comfortable and the entire property was very spacious for our family. It is close to everything and we enjoyed just staying at the house the majority of the time.We did go to Sanibel and Ft. Myers beaches and they were 30 min away(ish).The landscaping is beautiful and a well stocked house with everything you need. We didn't use kayaks, bikes or beach items, but they are available. The shower in the master has low pressure and doesn't get too hot, but the main one is a little better, but makes a noise with warmer water. Overall, we loved the place and are talking about coming back in 2027!
