The value here is incredible. Very close to just about everything in Lexington, walkable to a good bit as well. Lots of space in the rental for 1-2 people, though I was mostly gone it was nice to have the space.

It was adequate and very clean. We were worried because the entry way leading up to the apt was very musty smelling but apt didn’t carry the strong smell so that was good. Host was excellent and responsive. Apt was very clean and beds were comfortable.

We have enjoyed and appreciated the convenience of this apartment to downtown, 4 minute drive. I would rent this apartment again. Do not get a motel room, rent this space. The host has been so accommodating to us. The apartment is super clean and very nice.

We’ve stayed at this property a couple of times now, and it’s always such a great experience. The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly what we need for a trip to Lexington. Check‑in is simple, communication is easy, and the home has a really cozy, relaxing feel. We’ll definitely be back again!

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It had reserved off-street parking for up to two vehicles, which was really convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was spotless, spacious, and had great water pressure. Check-in was completely seamless with an easy-to-use lock box, and the host communicated just enough to give us the code and let us enjoy our stay from then on. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the A/C worked great, which was especially appreciated during this heatwave! The location was pretty central for everything we were doing around town, and we were able to walk to dinner at The Blue Heron, which we would highly recommend as well! No long list of check-out chores, just make sure you get all your personal belongings and lock up the apartment and return the key to the lockbox before you leave. Overall, we had no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Adorable apartment, nicely updated while maintaining the historic charm! Easy commute to the KY Horse Park. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The laundry is downstair but easy to access. Communication with the host was great! Very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again!

Very beautiful apartment in the beautiful historical downtown district! I love how much natural light flows into the space, the decoration, the closeness to everything in downtown. The space was very clean and check in was very easy. I would stay here again!

Nice place perfect for a couple

Wife and I stayed 1 night had all the accommodations that we need. Walked downtown and visit the brewer across the street perfect night. Would recommend this place.
