Good location but little things were irtitating

Overall good location but owner requested that we not use the freezer , asked 5 for each load of laundry.. there was no place to but the garbage or recycling. Wanted to charge 37 for a pull chain that I am not sure we even broke . We were a group of over 70 soccer players that were very responsible.

Host had external cameras on property that were not disclosed to us. Nothing on the VRBO page has anything listed about cameras. There were other tenants on the property, who were using our outdoor spaces, and we were not told that there were other tenants. We did not have access to their part of the house, and had it been listed that way, we would have chosen another location. It was very unsettling that other people were staying on the property and we were not made aware. The title for this property says “AC,” but there was no central air, only AC units in three rooms, which was not disclosed on the VRBO page. It did not drop below 76 in the house during the entire stay. It was not disclosed that the only shower on the property had a window that makes the person in the shower visible from the outside. The host accused me of theft of towels before finding them in her dryer. The host was short and snippy with me over text after accusing me of accumulating so much trash and checking in hours before check in. We had zero trash bags and checked in 2 hours after check in.
