- Spacious sectional facing a large 55” flat-screen smart TV
- Master Suite: king-sized bed, 55” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Guest Bedroom: one twin bed and a full over full bunk bed (plus twin trundle) and plenty of storage
-Secure gated parking lot
-Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels included for up to 6 guests

Rentals subject to $150 non-refundable HOA application fee and approval. Renter(s) and Owners must execute short term rental agreement to be submitted to HOA as part of application.

a wonderful vacation

we had a little mixup getting into the parking lot but it was quickly rectified. a few missing items and new pillows, a blender, iron and ironing board were supplied the next day by the owner after a call. in less than a week we were up and running a able to enjoy this wonderful facility. thanks dan and leci
