Perfect for business travel or quiet stay near the beach. 5 minute drive to Laguna Beach, Lantern District, Doheny State Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, Montage Resort, Ritz Carlton, and Waldorf. Single family home located in Monarch Beach. 5 minute drive to world famous beaches, restaurants, golf, and tennis. Close to Laguna Beach. Guest home is located in Dana Point, California. This is a private residence with a guest studio with a private room, bathroom, and private entrance. No shared spaces except for a courtyard that is used by host on occasion. Private guest room in a home. Guest has private and separate entrance to the home and guest room with keypad entry. We will communicate with guests using the Airbnb messaging app. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Guests with a car are able to easily get around town. Public transportation available with OC Metro. A car is strongly recommended. Private residence. Enter through the side gate. Shared courtyard. Dogs are on premises but not in courtyard and will kept in the home away from guests. Private location and access.
