New to rental market for the 2025 rental season. Property is perched up overlooking the stunning marsh near Footbridge Beach. Enjoy glorious sunrises, while sipping your morning coffee in the sunroom. Short walk to beach and several restaurants. Experience Ogunquit like a local in this marvelous 4-bedroom, 2 bath house. With 2 queen beds, 3 twin beds, 1 queen murphy bed, and 1 child rollaway, there's plenty of space for everyone. Wake up feeling refreshed and ready to explore the charming town. Take advantage of the washing machine/dryer, AC, and WiFi provided for your convenience. Enjoy a cookout while overlooking the views, watching kayacks and paddleboards go by. Beach chairs, carts and beach equipment provided. Yard games like corn hole, bocci and jenga. Rental also has two kayaks and floats to explore the Ogunquit River. In addition, we also have an outdoor Solo Fire Pit. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Parking for 5 cars.
