Designed with families and groups in mind, this spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom cottage offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and classic PEI summer living. Spend your mornings enjoying coffee by the water, afternoons on the water or walking the shoreline and evenings gathering around the fire pit together as the sun sets over Southwest River.

Inside, the cottage is bright, comfortable, and built for spending time together. The three-season room is a favourite place to relax, while the Sonos sound system throughout the home and outdoor areas makes it easy to set the soundtrack for your vacation.

The location gives you the best of both worlds: a peaceful waterfront setting with easy access to some of PEI’s most popular attractions. Cavendish Beach, world-class golf courses, restaurants, family attractions, and the communities along the North Shore are all just a short drive away.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
·Remove all contents from fridge and any perishable items from cupboards ·Place all garbage outside in the proper waste bins and lids closed (blue recycling bags can go beside bins)
It helps our cleaning staff greatly if you can do the following prior to departure: ·Strip used beds and place sheets on the bed ·Start a load of used towels before departure
·Let us know if you plan to leave earlier than 10am so that our cleaning staff can get an

House was immaculate! So many lovely spaces to hang out in. Lots of options for different sleeping arrangements. Worked very well for our family gathering. The kitchen was fully equipped. Sometimes not the case with summer rentals! The views and sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! Loved this place so much. Pity it’s for sale. I hope the new owners will also rent!

Beautiful and well appointed home for a retired gals trip. Home was clean, spacious, beds and linens very comfortable. Property was central to all our sightseeing adventures. The deck areas and screened porch were well enjoyed for morning coffee and evening beverages. Great water and setting sun views.Coordination with property manager was effortless and she was very helpful. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely rent again. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for providing us with an incredible experience.
