Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Please gather all linens from beds (including pillowcases), used towels, wash cloths, etc. & place in hamper by washer/dryer.
-Please wash all dishes. Dishwasher may be left running.
-Please make sure that all lights are off and that AC units are set back to low or heat is set back to 65.
-Please remove all garbage from home and place in the outside garbage by the patio.
-Please double check that all deadbolts have locked successfully when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
