The chic living room has a brand new wet bar for all your entertainment needs, adjacent to a formal dining room and a large galley kitchen with new appliances. Bonus rooms include a south-facing enclosed sunporch, a breakfast nook and a basement family room with gaming table. Laundry room and separate back entry mudroom finish out the floor plans. A small fenced-in yard will provide safe space for your pets (additional fee required) and a sheltered patio to enjoy the outdoors or throw some steaks on the grill. A three-car garage for medium sized-cars with additional off-street parking is available off the alley.

Extraordinary experience in a spacious reimagined and beautifully remodeled home. The location is safe walking distance to the Capitol District and charming restaurants. Our host made us feel so welcome. It is our new favorite stopping place in Wyoming!

This home has 3 BR and 3 baths, a rarity in the neighborhood. It was recently remodeled with a large master bath and dressing area, wet bar, hard wood floors, built-in kitchen nook, formal dining room and new kitchen appliances.
