Welcome to your perfect centrally located vacation home getaway, featuring a large pool, trampoline, playground and a spacious covered porch with a couch seating area, day bed swing, table and Blackstone grill. Inside you will find five stunning bedrooms, including a toy filled playroom. Downstairs you will find an office with a computer desk and chair. The living room features a piano for those in the mood for music. In the kitchen, you will find a spacious pantry to store all your groceries.

This is a very quiet neighborhood, please respect the community, if guests are found having loud music, reservation will be canceled with no refund

Really nice option for visiting UT!

Loved this property! Plenty of room for our family of 8! Great location, within 15-20 mins of our daughter's campus apartment. Loved the pool. Neighborhood is safe and quiet.

House was in a nice neighborhood. We got to use the pool in October which is kind of late in the season for outdoor pools but we got lucky. The hot tub was a nice addition as well. Plenty of beds to choose from and a very well set up kids room with many games and toys. Arcade console and pool table in the main area as well.
