Located on the quiet North side of the Island with direct access to the Marco River to the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Easy on and off the Island and close to shopping.
Beautiful Sunsets across the canal!
Updated and cozy with chic decor - 3 bedroom-2.5 baths-2 car garage-Heated pool with spill over spa...Perfect !
Master bedroom boasts a King size bed with lovely en-suite bath-walk-in shower-bathtub is not functional
Guest room #1 has a Queen size bed. Guest bedroom #2 has 2 twin size bed sets.

We spent a wonderful week in Marco in this lovely home. The boat lift was perfect for keeping the boat secure and out of the salt water when not in use and the pool was lovely after a hot day of fishing. We had a few issues that were addressed quickly by the managers.

Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful time and the house was very spacious for our group of 6. I was even able to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner thanks to the great kitchen area. Also the pool deck was very comfortable and where we spent most of our time!!

Stunning pool , great location with multiple canals & the a lot of great touches in the house upon arrival that demonstrated the owner really cares about his guests..we had a great time and have rented many homes in Marco. This was by far our best experience

Marco Island Retreat

The house is located in a upscale neighborhood with great amenities. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and faces the waterway. Extended my stay because I didn’t want to leave!

The house is fully equip with everything you need. We just had a few issues. There was no air conditioning when we got there. Also, the pool had an issue and lost all of the water so we were not able to use the pool for 3 days. There was also never any wifi in the building. The microwave was broken but the rental company did bring us a space microwave within minutes of letting them know. Never tried the boat lift since we had a rental boat that we just moored to the dock but this could be a really nice feature if you brought your own boat. I have never seen a rental house with a lift that they let renters use and we have rented a few dozen houses in Florida.

Overall experience was great! My only complaint is the check-in/out process. Having to go to the rental agency is very outdated. Everyone uses electronic programmable locks these days.

Marco break away

Lovely property to stay in. Good outlook on the water. Unfortunately the last couple of days was marred by building work opposite. A bit disappointed that the water to the tub was disconnected. We Brits do love our baths! It would have been nice to have had the chance to order a welcome pack for our arrival from Horizons. We arrived quite late in the day and had to go shopping for essentials. However, overall though a really nice place to stay on Marco and we thoroughly enjoyed our break! So thank you all! The Westgarth family.

Great Relaxing Vacation Spot

We had a great time staying in Marco Island. The house was perfect for our getaway with 2 couples. Sunsets over the canal were beautiful! I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location!

Very clean, convenient location. Nice view of the canal. Newer, clean pool. Perfect size for family of 3-4. Kitchen very well appointed with everything you’d need to cook. Beach chairs were a nice touch. Only recommendations to owners would be to clean the outdoor furniture/cushions and provide some nice towels for use with the pool. Thank you for a nice stay! We hope to be back.

Peaceful & Relaxing!

An absolute great place to stay. All stress and worries just disappear. Everyone seems friendly. There is just something about getting up and overlooking the water, that is so relaxing. The pool and hot-tub heating unit was not working when we got there, but was taken care of by a phone call to the property managers. Did not want to leave. Thank you for renting out your wonderful home!

2nd Stay

This was our second stay at this home and again, a great place to stay on the island. Thank you for some minor upgrades, they were noticed. Again, love the lift and direct access to the big water.
