Fiquei muito decepcionada com o estado do apartamento. As fotos "profissionais"com ambientes montados, novos e requintados não condiz com a realidade do apartamento. Desequipado de eletrodomésticos e demais itens básicos de cozinha, Lâmpadas queimadas, descargas quebradas, televisão do quarto não funciona, não pudemos usar a jacuzzi o que achamos que seria o grande diferencial do apto. O ponto positivo é a localização boa, vista belíssima e a pessoa que nos recepcionou File, foi extremamente atencioso e gentil, mas infelizmente não conseguiu dar solução aos problemas que deixaram a desejar durante a nossa estadia. Ao meu ver o investimento feito por nós na locação foi alto e desproporcional a real qualidade do imóvel.
