Hello Joann What a pity to read about this review of yours after all we have done for you -:( It makes us really feel bad We are sorry for your guests and we do apologize for the inconvenient We did all we can as a team to fix the issue the same day the housekeeper and you let us know about it It let us feel tremendous bad to read about the untruth of your statements but still we are thankful to have had the opportunity to host you in our wonderful property I’m sure that every intelligent human being can understand that living into a house can happen the septic tank needs to be emptied and we did it the exact day we have been notified , not after 5 days as you mentioned It would of be very unresponsable from us and this never happened and will Never happened to everyone living into our great properties It makes us really sad that you had to lie to the world in order to gain more power to complain and blame the property for the sickness of your guest Again we are very sorry for that but you mentioned us 4 people not 8 and you communicate about that the 5th day and we fixed it the same day If the problem would of been real and addressed from day 1 we would have been solved from day 1 Thanks for being sorry for blanka also , she is a great housekeeper She was not in the situation you described but still if this is what you want to share with the world we can just be passive spectator of your comments Maison Blanche and the happy island will be always welcome you with open arms .. Hello Dahn !! Thanks for your review !! Our first 3 stars review in 3 years !! I’m so sorry that is coming from you where we have been so good and service oriented with you Let me go over your point so I can enjoy them hoping that this could be a good explanation for the future guests to come ! In our description is stated that the main beaches are 10 minutes walking 2 minutes driving Sorry you missed that and that has been a not so nice point in your 3 days on the island having to take a taxi at very low rates I’m so sorry you could not enjoy properly Our amazing pool and patio area where so many lovely guests had amazing memories because of flying ants I don’t understand why this should become a popular topic concerted to the property since you were unlucky to enjoy aruba in rainy days and we can t control the flying ants coming out during rainy season We clean our pool 2 times a week for our guests , Tuesday and Friday Our washing machine has been broken 2 times accidentally from our guests and this caused a critical damage to the experience of the next guest to them so that we decide that only our personal housekeeper can access to that , being in charge to offer to our guests an amazing service cleaning their clothings If you were in need you could have just knock at her apartment and she would have love to go extra mile and do the service for you I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy the service we offer The main downside is the water and electricity Madame Our property rate is 500 usd per day Meaning that we offer a super competitive quote for a 5 start exclusive villa in the palm. Beach area where water and electricity rates are higher It Is 40 usd per day per person Not even an hostel costs like that in aruba We had family that killed our bills making every our effort to maintain a successfull business , very difficult From that day on we decided to just include a daily amount in the rate and charge the over usage , if this happens Your bill came 3 usd per person per day , I don’t understand why traveling in a five star location into a five star property and complaint pubblically for 3 dollars overcharge I just would love with all we give to our guests , we would love to meet more grateful human being , like we are for living in this amazing island Thanks for giving me opportunity to speak my voice With all the sun in my heart Davide Bugatti Maison Blanche Aruba
