This is a true beachfront property at White Sands on Pensacola Beach. This luxury beachfront 4 bedrooms / 3 bathroom townhouse sleeps up to 12 and is equipped with amenities to make for a comfortable vacation. Equipped with a private elevator, to lift you from the large garage to two floors of living space, this vacation rental property has 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. There is a TV in every bedroom. The master bedroom features a master bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy an enchanting view of the white sands of the Gulf coast.

Here you have a private garage on the first floor, plus 2 floors of living space above. On the second floor of three, you have a kitchen outfitted with granite counter-tops, a living area w/access to your own deck overlooking the white sand beaches, dining area, full bathroom, and bedroom 1 of 4 with access to a private balcony. On the top floor which is the third floor, you have the master bedroom, with access to the master bedroom private balcony plus in suite master bathroom, as well as bedrooms 2 and 3 with access to a shared balcony, and the 3rd full bathroom.

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 31,2025 until August 9, 2025, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Fantastic condo. Views were great. Furniture was a bit worn. We did have an issue with the refrigerator but the property manager was very helpful and had the problem fixed in just a few hours. My family and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Amazing place!

Amazing place! We had a wonderful time staying here. The proximity to the beach was right out the back door! Everyone was very helpful checking in and checking out. We will definitely come again :-)

Rental showed some wear and tear. A few external and building items needed to be replaced/repaired. The floors could have been a little cleaner. But overall, we had a very nice time. Can't beat the location.

Second Stay Here

This is our families’ second stay at this townhouse. We visit the area at least 4 times per year. Our last stay in this home was two years ago. The view is still the best. The comfort of the beds and the amount of space for our family works beautifully for us. The convince of garage parking is great. The place does need a very deep cleaning. The bathroom walls beside the commodes are nasty. The vents appear black in color, however they are white. The cabinet knobs were sticky. The WiFi was THE WORST - which meant the TV was TERRIBLE (no cable). Ultimately, we were there for the beach and it never disappoints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Private entrance/elevator to condo was nice-no worries of shared germs. Unit was clean. Kitchen was well stocked- plenty of dishes and cookware (if not too much). Provided plenty of towels. Also left ample amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid for almost our entire stay. We did need additional trash bags and dishwasher tablet. Private beach had plenty of room to social distance. Direct access from front deck was perfect!We loved our stay!Only thing I can suggest to improve would be the kitchen and bathrooms are in need of a deep cleaning (crumbs in oven & oven drawer& a few cabinets and bathtub/shower tiles had some mold mildew in grout lines).

Amazing place

This was the perfect Mother’s Day getaway. We were able to check in early so had extra beach time. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the extras—-beach chairs and a cooler to roll down to the beach. I have nothing negative to say about this property. We will definitely look at returning.

price disparity

For the rate we paid, it would have been nice to have some of the little things "vamped up a bit" for instance, the toilet paper and paper towels were the lowest quality. The dishes, utensils were not clean. It's as if the cleaning staff are not required to check these items before each new guest.The carpet was badly stained upstairs, perhaps owner should contemplate replacing, or lowering the nightly rate.the location was amazing! the private garage and elevator were special perks! Overall, ok, but we have stayed in nicer, cleaner places on the beach for less.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Views are fantastic.Access to beach fantastic. We had a hard time figuring out the elevator, but that was just us. The doors going into the house didn’t unlock most of the time causing some concern. The property manager said they would look into it.

Great location, close to restaurant's and shopping. The house was really nice, spacious, clean and the huge garage was awesome! We have a 23 feet GMC Denali 3500 truck and was able to park it into the garage which helped so much with unloading and packing when we left. Access to the beach was right there at the back door of the house. Enjoyed our stay.

This year, the stars aligned with not only perfect weather, but a beachfront property that checked off all the boxes! White Sands offers all the comforts you'd look for, with an added benefit of an elevator to make your load in/load out that much easier. But at the end of the day, it was the comfortable living room and broad, spacious deck that proved to be the heart of my family's gathering and enjoyment. We simply loved the place, and can't recommend it highly enough.

Reviewer Comments: This was exactly what my family needed- large bedrooms/beds, elevator, enclosed garage, outdoor shower, walkway to beach, etc. Not only first day supplies until we could get to the store but there was extra of some necessary items. Great restaurants nearby and lots of beach, water toys. Maintenance came immediately when called- elevator door wasn’t latched and he showed us the ropes.
