Host is absolutely amazing and thoughtful, anything you could of needed was fully supplied. Location was super convenient and catching Ubers was easy. Very comfortable bed, lovely rain shower, and good space for 3 girls to get ready together. We had an amazing time!

Loved staying at this place. It’s not a big house but it clean, comfortable and had everything we could have asked for including coffee, bottled water, and a screw driver and scotch tape! Chip was an incredible host. Oh, and did I say there was ample free parking for two cars? No disappointed tent here.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, great for listening to the birds over coffee in the morning on the back deck. The firepit is also nice for relaxing in the evening. It's about a 10 minute drive to Broadway, though getting a ride share to come out on a weekend night was challenging. Chip is an attentive and communicative host, and the house was clean and stocked with water and other essentials when we arrived. We had a great stay!

Excellent host! Communication was superb and so friendly!! Super cute and quaint house! Just perfect for a long weekend away for me and my husband. I did not research the neighborhood well so it was not as upscale as I’d like but we had no issues! There was a home being built right next door that had construction ongoing each day starting at 8 AM. It caused us no issue bc we were up but I can imagine if you were wanting to sleep in, it be a big surprise upon arrival. We had everything we needed at the house and it was stocked with any and all essentials that might’ve been forgotten. My only complaint is that the mattresses were more firm than I like. But that’s a super personal preference! No fault of the host. Location, in reference to downtown and attractions, was great! Uber was always quick to arrive and it was an easy ride to downtown. Overall wonderful experience!! Definitely recommended!

Great place close to downtown

Great time here. Loved how the owners had all the essentials for us and even left water and seltzer. This place is a shirt Uber to downtown for a very reasonable $10.

We spent an incredible week in this charming cozy house! It’s nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, just a quick 13-minute drive from the vibrant Broadway street. The house is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for an unforgettable stay. It was the perfect getaway!

Close to everything!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the queen bunk beds and being together. There is a nice area out back to just relax. The house is close to everything that we had on our list to see and do while in Nashville.

Great Nashville Spot

My friends and I visited Nashville for the very first time and really enjoyed this property. It was clean and quiet with a fantastic outdoor space. The host was great and had essentials like coffee readily available. It was a no stress stay for us as we were able to quickly Uber to downtown, and East Nashville.Highly recommend this property!

Parent getaway

We were two couples spending a weekend away exploring Nashville. House was super cute, clean, and had all the things we needed. Short Uber ride to downtown. Check in was simple and owner easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

My sisters and I stayed here and it was PERFECT! Chip was a great host! He was so quick to get back to me with any questions I had and was super kind, flexible and allowed us to check out later than the scheduled time given our flight home was so late. The house its self was super cute, had everything we needed and more and the neighborhood was nice and quiet! Not a far uber ride from anywhere really, and we were within walking distance to the farmers market which was nice. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks so much Chip!!!!

Girls getaway

Wonderful girls getaway for my sisters 50th birthday to Nashville! We enjoyed the hospitality of Chip- the house has it ALL!!!! Full kitchen- stocked and ready to entertain ourselves here which we did! Outside patio and Firepit were not used sadly due to rain— but overall this pad is highly recommended!

Chip was amazing. The house was amazing. The whole trip was amazing! Before even checking in Chip awesomely provided a bunch of family z friendly things me and my children could enjoy while also giving us some great food spots to check out! This is the cutest little house ever! The backyard/patio area was beautiful. Super convenient to have the washer/dryer/dishwasher combo especially with kiddos!

Great house and location

Just as pictured. Host was super quick to respond. We chose this house to allow us to not have to worry about parking. The house comes with everything you could need and then some. The kids loved the fire pit and bunk beds. Super close to broadway just a short Uber drive. We would stay here again if we return.
