Welcome to your dreamy island getaway on beautiful Palma Sola Bay, in Bradenton. Just 5 minutes from Anna Maria Island- Voted one of the top beaches in the country- and located on a quaint canal with an included private boat dock. Our newly renovated townhome backs up to an inviting pool (Pool currently closed due to Hurricane damage) and courtyard. Two bikes are provided for your convenience to explore the local area! We are passionate hosts who prioritize cleanliness, with your best guest experience always in mind.

The Space:
- Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, 40" Smart TV, Access to primary bath
- Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds (can also be pushed together to form one king. Please let us know in advance if you desire this accomodation)
- 1 1/2 Bathrooms: Primary bath has tub/shower
- Fully equipped Kitchen with all necessary utensils. A Chef's Delight!
- Open living room with island decor
- Smart TV's (65" living room, 40" bedroom)
- Comfortable patio space w/ BBQ Grill, Table and Chairs
- Fast Wifi & Cable

- 2 Beach chairs, Beach Umbrella, Beach towels
- Pool directly out back (Currently closed due to Hurricane Damage)
- Private boat dock. (Inquire about mooring a vessel here. No additional charge)

The condo was great and convenient for getting to the beaches or Bradenton. The bikes and beach supplies were great, and the kids liked the pool. Derek was easy to contact and communicate to with. Woud recommend!!!

Derek was an amazing host. He was always reachable right away and addressed any questions or issues that we had. He was generous and kind. We liked the location near the Preserves and beach and convenient to Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Pete, Palmetto etc. The townhome had everything we needed. Having the large screen TV was very convenient as I was able to do Zoom sessions for work. We loved that bicycles were included in order to ride to the nearby preserves and beach. The kitchen was a nice size with most everything you would need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue.
