You will have access to the entire Bottom Main House (1750sf) of a Duplex Home and with its own back yard. There is a separate living area on the top half of the Duplex which is not part of this listing. The top unit has its own private entrance and are completely separated from this bottom home .

Guest access Guests will have access to the entire bottom Main House and bottom private yard via keyless entry Other things to note - No smoking - No events, parties, or large gatherings -PETS: A $500 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of any pet inside the property unless the Host has given express written consent. After consent, fee of $100 per pet for the entire stay will be added. - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: This property requires some stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras, around the perimeter, facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces. We have one actively recording camara overlooking the front yard and a second actively recording camara overlooking back yard. - NOTE: The home can sleep 12 guests in the beds and sleeper sofas, with 1 more guests able to sleep on the 1 full-sized air mattresses - About the tenants on the apparment above: Given that there are people living in the top apartment, there may be some mild walking noise at times. Also, the tenants on the top appartment own some dogs that are keep in their own space all the way back of the property. The dogs shoud not be anywhere close to the front of the property or the private yard.

Our family of 13 total enjoyed our stay at the home on Prescott in El Cajon. The home had everything we needed for our stay and was exactly as listed. Lots of restaurants and a park for kids nearby. We would recommend this VRBO to large families.
Misa was wonderful to work with. There were 9 adults & 1 toddler in our party. The bedrooms were perfect for us. We felt safe in the neighborhood & with the security of the the home. The first night we were there, the smoke detectors kept going off, & on Christmas Eve, Misa sent people over to check to make sure they were okay. It ended up they were faulty but because it was Christmas, we agreed they could be fixed after we left. We wish the upstairs renters’ dogs wouldn’t have barked in the night, & that there was paper towels & a couple of small kitchen utensils. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We stayed 4 nights night.

- Thank you so much for the feedback. We have fixed the smoke detector issue. We changed to another model of smoke detector because the model we had was draining the battery too quickly which triggers the beep.
- The dogs are not in the property any more.
- We have added more children utensils. It appears that some other guest took the ones we had.
