Come relax at our Gulf front beach home. Amazing views of the sunset and sunrise can be seen on anyone of the 3 private Gulf front balconies. Nothing more rejuvenating than reclining in white sand with an ice cold drink and Emerald Gulf Waters crashing over your toes. Dolphins can be seen playing in the distance as sail boats glide by. This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath getaway has a king Master Suite with full private bath and Gulf front walkout balcony, 2nd Bedroom has a king bed with walkout balcony, 3rd Bedroom has 2-Twin beds decorated in nautical theme, with Flat screen TV's in each bedroom.

Entertain in the large open living room and enjoy the large fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Beautiful tiled floors thoughout the main living area, queen sofa sleeper. Linens, washer/ dryer, carport, wireless, cable, patio chairs , picnic table and umbrella. Covered carport parking area.

Up to two dogs under 45 pounds with prior approval required. Pet cleaning fee $200 per dog

Complimentary kayak/paddleboard, 2-adult bikes (upon request, $500 refundable deposit required).

Close to beach!

Walking distance up and over the dunes to the beach. Can't beat that! Not much walking distance besides the beach, which was fine for us. All other pieces will be a drive.

Had an ac issue after a storm and they came right away to repair. Great that there were many beach chairs etc for guest use. Kitchen well set. Pro/Con: Left something behind. They located it, brought to their office. Still waiting after a few weeks for them to mail it. Cons: Upstairs stays VERY warm. A couple things were a bit dirty and of course being on the water there was some mold. Umbrellas on main level porch need replacing as they were pretty worn.

We loved everything about staying at this place! From the moment we walked in we were impressed with the cleanliness and furnishings of this townhouse. The place was well stocked with everything you'd need for your stay. The area is pristine and very quiet. We were only 25 minutes from the dog beach which was wonderful! We've stayes in many places along the coastline and this is by far one of the nicest!

This property was just as it was described it was perfect for a family with small children.

This was the perfect place for this new blended family to meet, we loved it because it was so family friendly we all hope to be able to come back next year together. (The only thing that was missing for us was baby gates for the stairs but other than that it was perfect)

Great place. Had everything needed to grill fish boil crab legs kitchen had it all. Comfortable beds, outdoor furniture and living room furniture. The closet for beach items was full tubes, chairs, toys and umbrellas!
