Your Myrtle Beach adventure begins at this Stunning, Renovated, all new furniture 2-bed/2bath condo located on the 21st floor. Step inside and be greeted by a phenomenal space that will soothe your senses and will fit up to 8 guests comfortably. You will be waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean in the Master Bedroom with sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. In the closet you will find a pack in play, Highchair & steamer for clothes. Master has a private bath and hair dryer & straightener for your convenience. The second bedroom has1 bunk bed with 2 full beds, and1sofa that unfolds to a twin bed, there is plenty of room for everyone. The second Bath also has a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, large fridge, duo Keurig coffee maker, crockpots, blender and all of your cooking/entertaining needs. The Balcony has two Adirondack chairs and table, large storage unit with 6 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, beach tent, beach buggy for your beach day. The 33 acre oceanfront Myrtle Beach Resort offers 700 feet of groomed white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters directly on the Atlantic Ocean that stay warm through December. A water park with 375 foot lazy river and wet deck, four outdoor pools (one beach front), two indoor pools, three health spas complete with steam rooms, saunas and Jacuzzis, lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, Beachfront on-site ding @ the quarterdeck and Playground. After a day of exploring the Resort, unwind in the living room, sofa is a queen sleeper, Large Smart Tv, & board games.
There is a $20 parking fee which needs to be paid when you enter the security gate. That will cover your stay. Please show the confirmation of the reservation to receive your parking pass from security and have in visible site for reentering the resort.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the AC to 70* Collect & put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it before you leave. Remove all Food from refrigerator
Take linens off the used beds place on floor leave quilts on bed. Put all used/dirty towels in tub. Make sure all 3TV Remotes are placed in correct rooms.
Make sure all outdoor/Beach items are cleaned off & placed inside of storage cabinet on balcony. Put all items in their correct spot- leave the place how you found it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
