This beautiful and exceptionally private 4-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home features a custom heated swimming pool and spa, and is ideally located just 17 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean in the desirable Pompano Beach area near Coral Springs and Coconut Creek.

The home offers 2,250 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living space and a large, fully fenced backyard oasis with the entire rear of the property overlooking the custom heated pool, spa, fire pit area, and tropical palm trees. Guests can enjoy numerous amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, complimentary Wi-Fi, beach equipment, and a private three-car driveway.

The spacious living room is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a large sectional sofa, loveseat, coffee table, and a 65” LED Smart TV — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or pool.

The master suite includes a king-size bed and a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity, and closet. The additional bedrooms feature queen-size beds and LED Smart TVs in every room. Stylish furnishings can be found throughout the home, including a beautiful high-top dining table that comfortably seats eight guests.

Step outside into your own private tropical retreat featuring a heated swimming pool, a 6-person Jacuzzi spa, a fire pit area, built-in BBQ and gas grill, lush landscaping, and plenty of space to relax and entertain. Best of all, the home is pet friendly, so your furry family members are welcome too!

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet close to everything, you’ll be just minutes from beautiful beaches, water sports, casinos, restaurants, golf courses, and major shopping destinations year-round.

Important Pool Heating Information for Winter Guests:
The swimming pool holds approximately 30,000 gallons of water, and pool heating is not instantaneous. The electric heater typically raises the water temperature by approximately 8–10 degrees per day, depending on outdoor temperatures, and some heat loss may occur overnight during cooler weather. Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated for your stay.

One of the best rental experiences I've ever had. This place was the highlight of our trip. We absolutely loved our stay at this home! Our kids (ages 4 and 6) had an amazing time enjoying the pool and hot tub, which was a highlight of the trip. We visited in January and were lucky to have beautiful weather the entire time. The four-bedroom house was very spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room. The location was perfect—close to Pompano Beach and all the stores we needed. The house had great amenities overall. One small suggestion is to come prepared with kitchen necessities if you plan to cook, as there were no leftover items like oil or spices. A big thank you to Veronica for her very quick and helpful responses. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing home

It was for 6 nights and everything was amazing from the home to the yard with an amazing pool this 4 bed 2 bath home was exactly what was needed for a nice vacation from the city life style of Philadelphia PA it was close to everything and short rides to beaches and mall and only an hour away from Miami We will be back again and hope this home will be available! It was supposed to have been 4 adults but 2 had to cancel but no matter it was perfect for our needs

Tropical Paradise

This is indeed a Tropical Paradise. The property is surrounded with palm trees and is carefully landscaped. The house had a good layout for a family or large group. It is nicely decorated and well maintained. The heated salt water pool (and spa) is a wonderful place to escape to for a relaxing holiday. The owner always responds quickly and is very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Another great week in Margate!

We loved this property! The backyard and pool and spa were wonderful. We had an awesome week in a beautiful house with everything we needed. The owner responded quickly when we had any questions. Our six adults and one dog had plenty of room. Would recommend this house for a week of relaxation.

This property is amazing!! The whole house is beautiful and you’ll have everything you need to make a Fantastic dinner with dessert too! The pool and spa was absolutely relaxing especially at night under the stars and tranquil neighborhood. Will definitely try to book this property again when coming to Beautiful Florida. Beautiful house. Upgraded electrical products especially in the bathroom. Inside very clean and nice separate rooms. As we are new to Vrbo they were missing a few things. Like garbage bags but our fault for not contacting the owner.

This property was perfect for me & my sisters to spend time together. Lovely pool & spa, quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants. This was my first experience with booking with VRBO & I had lots of questions. The host was quick to respond & very helpful. My only suggestion is for them to leave a more detailed instructions regarding using the spa & update instructions on fridge (ie fridge states take food out, set temp to 75. Email instructions state take food out and set to 75). Overall would absolutely recommend & stay again!

Warm week at this oasis

It was fantastic. The pool, hot tub and patio gave us exactly what we needed for a week of warm escape from the bortheast. The outside is nicer than the pics, if you can imagine, as the pics are great! And the inside was perfect for our two families of 4. TVs in each room and new and fresh furnishings. It was also a great home base in between the beach and the everglades. Finally, the few questions I had for the owners were answered quickly and clearly. Highly recommend!

A Tropical Paradise Indeed!

We had a fabulous time at this VRBO house. We were very impressed with the level of care and thoughtfulness put into preparing this property. It is in very good condition, with all the high end amenities a family would need. We especially enjoyed the back yard with the heated pool and spa, lots of space in the sun, or in the shade - the awnings are a nice touch. The owner replied to my queries promptly, and helped to accommodate our unexpected change of plans when we first booked. The maintenance manager was very helpful and answered my few queries promptly, and solved any issues , which were minor, quickly. Our family had a wonderful time!
