Guest access

Guests at Eagle's Nest will have access to the entire home! We hope you have a wonderful stay! You will receive check-in instructions the day of check-in including your personalized special code to our smart lock for the duration of your stay. There are two designated parking spaces to the LEFT of the cabin. You may park in the front of the cabin.

Other things to note

HOUSE RULES:
1) Booking party must be 21+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
2) Dogs are Allowed (house trained) Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs. with pet fee of $150/stay. Sorry no cats. There will be a fee for damage caused by your pet
3) No smoking inside the home (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc) and No Drugs of any kind. You may smoke outside.
4) Parties not allowed as per Airbnb.
5) There no are refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/others that are beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
6) Guest acknowledges two security cameras are located on the exterior of the property facing the Entry door and parking area and facing the driveway at the entrance to the drive. There are NO cameras inside the home.
7) Please use the hot tub at your own risk. No children under 5 allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. If you have health conditions, please check with your doctor.

PETS:
We welcome pets as per your booking, please respect these following requests to keep our home enjoyable for everybody.

Dogs are the only pets we allow.

You may have up to two dogs under 40 pounds.

You must add your dogs to the reservation. The pet fee is because it takes our cleaners additional time to clean the home after pets.

Please keep your pets off the furniture and beds.

We provide a food/water dish, a pet bed and a pet blanket. Please do not use towels for pets.

Please clean up after your pet.


WHAT WE PROVIDE:

* Linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
* A kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect plus a starter supply of coffee/tea and a Keurig coffee maker.
* A hot tub that is cleaned and drained for every stay. Use the hot tub at your own risk. No children under 5 allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. Adults use at their own risk.
* Unlimited high-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
