This very private, quiet apartment sits in the immediate downtown area of Sosùa. Still, you will hear no noise thanks to the complex's large park.

Cleanliness has always been a top priority for us, but it's even more critical now. So, we implemented sanitizing measures to offer our guests a safe and healthy place to stay.
We use a high-performance ozone generator to sanitize the apartment after every guest's check-out.

This 3rd-floor unit with a beautiful pool view and lush tropical gardens features one bedroom with soundproof windows, an en-suite bathroom plus 1/2 bathroom for guests, and two large (electricity-saving) A/C! Large flat-screen TV in the living room! Awnings on the balcony!
A superbly located apartment for long or short-term rentals!
Everything is so close to this condominium! Beaches, restaurants, bars, and clubs. You don't get any closer to all Sosùa attractions. Yet when you are in the condo, you feel like a tranquil oasis. Kick back and have a good time beside the pool, or relax in the lush tropical garden and relax.

Rates include all house charges except electricity: gas, water filtration system (hot and cold), cable TV with international channels, unlimited fast internet, 24/7 security, poolside BBQ with covered dining area, private parking, backup generator, concierge service & water bottle delivery.
The rental rate also includes a weekly cleaning service. In addition, extra maid service is available on request at guests' expense.
Electricity will be billed according to consumption and must be paid in cash at check-out.

Great location

Good location. Very secure complex 24/7 guards. Pool was fantastic, clean, good temperature. Could use a few more lounge chairs and umbrellas. On site staff we great, good laundry service and water delivery. Paolo and Alena were great, a few things broke and they replaced / repaired them right away. Lots of linens and towels. Condo was good. We would go back.

Perfect Location/Very Nice Unit

The property/Unit is in a very quiet and relaxing environment that is right in the middle of all things Sosua. Paolo was a wonderful host(super fast responses which i did not have any issues with the unit just questions about local stuff) and the unit has everything you need. Very clean. Has a real good community feel with all the privacy you need if you want. I will absolutely stay at the property again.

Nous avons appréciez notre séjour dans cet appartement du Garden Condo Residence. Le propriétaire et son épouse sont très gentil et dévoué. L'appartement est très propre, il ne manque rien. Tout est disponible pour faire votre propre cuisine. Il y a 2 grosse épiceries à environ 10 minutes de marche et une multitude de restaurant à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Les plages sont à 5 minutes de marches. Les photos représentent exactement l'intérieur de l'appartement et l'extérieur de l'appartement. Nous recommandons fortement cet emplacement.

Amazing stay!

Thank you Paolo and Alina for making our vacation everything we expected! After being almost two hours late with our arrival call to Paolo, he still greeted us (in perfect English) with a generous smile and took time to tour us around the facility. He provided his contact information and assured us that he could be reached at any time. The apartment was the perfect fit for my wife and I. The bedroom (great mattress) and living room were spacious, and the balcony (where we spent a lot of time in the evenings) was much larger than pictures had shown. An added bonus was that there was a half bath off the living room. The kitchen was fine, had adequate utensils, etc. The TV had many English channels you would see in North America (big on sports), but screen ever-so-slightly blurry (might be a satellite issue but not sure as channels like ESPN were crystal-clear in the bars). This wasn't a big deal as we weren't there to watch television...There were two air conditioners in the unit (bedroom, living room) but we seldom had to use them. The green spaces were well manicured and there was great security (24/7) for the residents. The pool was very nice (probably around 5' deep with no deep end) and there were no problems getting a chair or an umbrella. The other residents were very friendly and many spoke English. The walk to the main downtown area (Pedro Clisante/Calle Martinez) was about one minute away, and the walk to either of the spectacular beaches (Playa Alicia or Playa Sosua) was about 4-6 minutes. We also rented a car from the airport and the nice thing about Sosua is you are central to many other great spots for quick day trips (Puerto Plata, Cabarete, Santiago, Las Terrenes, etc, etc) There weren't many negatives but perhaps one might be the eating area outside. The grill was old and there was no starter (we purchased one and left it in the apartment).Also, we were initially worried about what the electrical charge was going to be but found out it was only $32 US for fourteen days! For future renters, it might be in Paolo's best interest to provide a sample range of how much electricity costs (perhaps provide a range (let's say $15-90 US/week) to allay any fears of potential renters...

Perfect place to unwind

The condo was in the perfect place to experience Sosua. Paolo and Alena were wonderful hosts and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything and easy to contact if we needed information. I had come down on my own for a week and they made sure I felt comfortable and safe. There is a neat little bar around the corner, run by Mike, called the Finish Line, and we met so many of the condo residents, and other ex-pats and Mike and the entire group made us feel welcomed. The condo was well equipped with on site laundry service at a really great price which was a bonus given we stayed a month. I would recommend this condo and we will definitely be contacting Paolo and Alena again for their help for places to stay, their knowledge of the area and other residences was great.

I've stayed here twice and I love it.

As always ...a wonderful expierence staying at the Garden Condos. Paolo and his staff are attentive and very friendly. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a weeks vacation. Hope to visit them again in the near future.

Comfortable and relaxing

First met by manger of property and was greeted friendly and hospitable. We were shown the condo and given detailed instructions with great suggestions of neighboring facilities. Our stay was very comfortable and the accessories very accommodating. The surrounding environment was clean and secured with security present 24/7 throughout the complex. The pool was clean and well maintain. Our checkout was smooth and once again management professionally hospitable.

A magnificent complex beautiful trees huge pool and most importantly great service from the owner Paolo and his magnificent wife. A great size one bedroom 2 bathrooms clean and well-stocked and pretty much close to everything great security at night what more can I say you won't regret staying here trust me

Wonderful stay!

This cozy condo is located in a quiet gated community which is in walking distance to all the restaurants, groceries and the beaches. The condo is simply gorgeous! It's well decorated and is equipped with everything you will need. Our hosts; Paolo and Alina were very attentive to our needs and made our stay a pleasant vacation!
