Great place! We stayed with one other couple and had plenty of room. It was 10 minutes from the adventures on the gorge. Even avoided bridge day traffic! I will definitely book with Coty again!
Coty was super responsive and answered all questions promptly. This property is a great location for families looking to do fun activities. We rented a SXS side-by-side which was a blast and also did horseback riding and white water rafting. There is a ton of deer and turkeys around the property and we all enjoyed watching them. The house is clean, the beds comfy, and plenty of room. The kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch and we ate dinner out. Take advantage of the fire pit. Keep in mind it is a pretty rural area so make sure you look at “maps” to make sure you know where you are going. Took me a hot minute to find it (my fault for assuming I’d find it without doing my homework). Highly recommended.
