Need to get away? Our clean, well stocked and modern home in the Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, offers everything you need to settle in, enjoy all the local attractions or just work on your tan!.

Windsor Hills is recognized as one of Central Florida’s most premier resorts. Located just 2 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World, you can be on Disney property in minutes. Close proximity to Interstate 4 makes travel to other great attractions like Sea World and Universal Studios quick and easy as well.

Our upscale villa boasts two first floor King Primary ensuites with comfy adjustable beds and walk in closets, one Queen bedroom, and two twin bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, a lovely dining room, and a large open living area, fully equipped kitchen, a heated pool and spa.

Our huge family-sized dining table and chairs and a wall mounted 55" TV in the lanai allows everyone to sit together for dinner or family game night. Watch TV from the pool or spa!

Have little ones? Don't worry about safety - we have that covered too with a full removable safety fence surrounding the pool and a wall-mounted pool alarm to alert you to an open door.

Are you a gamer? Our games room offers both pool and table hockey, or recline in our rocker gaming chairs and play a rousing contest on the XBox1. Our Kids' Corner offers loads of fun for the youngsters. A kids' kitchen, train table, action figures and Barbies, loads of puzzles, games and toys. We even have a full closet of kids' costumes for hours of dress-up fun!

The Windsor Hills Resort offers its own set of amenities to resort guests. The community clubhouse features a luxurious community pool and spa, a fabulous waterpark, a private theater, a gaming arcade, a fitness center, and a newly-updated sundry shop stocked with everyday essentials and amazing food. In addition, scattered throughout the grounds of the resort is an array of children’s themed playgrounds. Enjoy sand volleyball or badminton, pickleball and tennis courts.

The property was very nice to stay at. Well put together, nicely located. We had a great time and felt right at home:)))We were a little disappointed in the game room because the air hockey table was not operational we were looking forward to playing it during our stay.

Great Vacation Home

We spent a week and thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. The owner was great to work with and was very responsive to any questions that i had. Windsor Hills is a beautiful gated community that provides safety and privacy. I highly recommend this property to anyone who want to stay in a nice home.

Our family had a great time. The home was super clean and was full of great amenities! The house is perfect for big families. Very kid friendly too. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The property is well maintained, and we never had any issues. Location was perfectly located for Disney Park trips as well as to Walmart and Starbucks!

Great House, Great Location!

Donna's place was a great place for our three generations of family to gather for a few days at Disney World. The kids loved the themed rooms and the adults enjoyed the comforts of the rest of the home. We only wished we had more time to enjoy the property, neighborhood and pool. We have just returned from a 2 week stay and had an amazing time at this lovely villa. Windsor Hills is a beautiful estate very close to Disney. Well maintained and great facilities. We're crazy about the location, we love Windsor Hills and the people here, and mostly, we love our guests from all around the globe! Come visit us and you'll see why people return year after year. Why they chose this property

The minute we walked through the front door of this villa, we felt at home. There's just something welcoming about the house that's hard to describe. There's so much space, yet it feels intimate, so it's perfect for a couple or a large family. There is a small park out back where Moms and Dads push baby strollers along the winding sidewalk. I love to sit in the lanai and watch the egrets arrive, almost every day at dusk. The sunsets from this view are spectacular. Though we're so close to everything, we're in our own little universe. It's a magical and lovely setting, and I never want to leave to go back home. Come, see what I mean... I know you'll love it here too.
