A tranquil and historically significant upstairs apartment, dating back to 1876, is available for your stay. The Apartment is located on 2nd floor just up the outside steps. It is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, offering complimentary parking on the premises. The apartment is just a few blocks away from an array of culinary delights, retail establishments, the picturesque Missouri River, and the captivating Isle of Capri Casino.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the apartment (this includes vaping). There's a $500 fee for smoking plus replacement cost of any damaged furniture/ additional cleaning fees. We are located in a family friendly neighborhood please be respectful of noise after 10:00pm. Must be 21 to rent our property and the person renting the property must be one of the guests staying on the reservation No parties and/or loud gatherings that will disturb the neighbors. This is a family friendly neighborhood and we like to keep our community happy

This was my second time staying at this VRBO, and it was as great as the first time!! Having a comfortable place to land made our time in Boonville with old school buddies even more enjoyable. And our host was as responsive and accommodating as the first time I stayed! You can’t go wrong staying at this adorable rental!!!

It was perfect location for wedding we were attending. The town was wonderful small town. Apartment was perfect, furnished so cute. We loved the stay.
