We had a terrific stay at this cottage. Everything is new and very clean. The cottage provides very comfortable living quarters in the heart of Oxford. The location is perfect for events on campus and is a nice walk from the square.The hosts were also great! They ensured we had an easy check in and all necessities. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone coming to Oxford.

The cottage was perfect for parents weekend at Ole Miss. The property was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. We walked into town easily and also enjoyed a visit to Rowan Oak. Ward was a fantastic host and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend this lovely cottage for a trip to Oxford!

Ward was a great host with very engaging communication throughout the process. The home is outstanding with marvelous appointments which made our stay quite enjoyable. It’s a pleasant walk to the Square and easy to get to. Ward and his team provided some very nice touches throughout our stay which made everything comfortable for us. We came to town for a football game but were able to enjoy much more, thank you!

Parents weekend and football game

We stayed at the cottage with another couple and everything was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere - the grove, stadium, and the square. Ward is a great host, and very responsive to any questions. The kitchenette has the basics, and they even had a breakfast casserole for us so that we didn't have to go to the store to pick up breakfast. Will definitely stay there again!

Why they chose this property

Ours is the most desirable neighborhood in Oxford. We're around the corner from William Faulkner's historic estate, Rowan Oak, and walkable to the Square and the Ole Miss campus. You can enjoy the excitement Ole Miss and Oxford have to offer and return to a beautiful retreat on a secluded street in the historic district.

What makes this property unique

We are close enough to walk (or bike) into town or campus but on a secluded little street with lots of privacy.
