Indigo Reef Homes are laid out beautifully with a deck, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining plus a guest bath on the first level. The living room opens up to a large porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico providing truly stunning sunset views. Porch has 4 polywood adirondak chairs and end table for a relaxing sunset.

On the second level, the master suite is furnished with a king-size bed and ensuite master bathroom. Step out of the master bedroom and onto the second-story balcony overlooking the Gulf as well. There are two more bedrooms on the second level featuring a queen-sized bed and two twin-sized beds plus an additional guest bathroom. The laundry area is located upstairs as well.

The common areas are excellent. The pool was very good- heated and clean. Boat areas were very clean and well maintained. The villa we rented needed serious attention, certainly not upgraded as described. Rental company was responding to issues, but the palmetto bugs/roaches were abundant—even made it into my stored luggage when we went to pack to leave.

Our stay at Indigo Reef 23, Lionfish Lodge was terrific. Its always nerve-wracking to have your vacation fun hinge on an unseen property but this was exactly as presented in the pictures. Pool area was wide with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Pool was heated even though it was 80 degrees out. We didnt have a boat but the docks were well kept and made for a great walk around the property. We even saw a couple manatees in the canal in front of our rental. The condo itself was clean with everything we needed, even pool towels. Grounds nicely kept and only a short walk to aquarium, convenience store, or bagels. Property management gave us door code so we never needed anything from them. Although they did keep in touch and made it clear they were there to help if needed.Everything we couldve asked for.
