About this property

180 Degree/24 hr Bluff View

Maximum occupancy is 4 adults. This is an apartment on the lower level of a brand new custom built home that was featured in the Seattle Times, Pacific Northwest Magazine - Architecture issue September 18th, 2016. The apartment is approximately 900 square feet (274 sq meters). All floors are concrete with in floor heating so your feet will be nice and warm. Extra insulation has been added to the ceiling and walls to make this space especially quiet for both guest and host!
It is completely private with a separate outside entrance. All Windows are imported from Europe. The ceilings are over 9 feet tall and the windows go from floor to near ceiling height. They are HUGE to allow maximum light to enter the apartment and have tilt/turn style operations.

This was a delightful property with a stunning view of the city from this West Seattle bluff. Everything went smoothly at check-in, I appreciated that the owner supplied detailed instructions regarding entering and using the home. The apartment has stunning views from every room. It is well insulated for sound/heat/cold. Windows are floor to ceiling with German tilt/turn operation.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Nearest bus stop is 4 blocks from the apartment (an easy 3 minute walk). From this bus stop you can reach Seatac International Airport, West Seattle Junction, Water Taxi and downtown Seattle. As well, you can board a free shuttle bus that will take you directly to the pier for boarding the water taxi that will take you directly downtown (water taxi fare is $5.75 for adults).
